Huge site on an excellent location.by the river. I've been here three times from 2012 - 2017. The rooms are showing signs of wear ant tear but were still clean and comfortable. The Chinese restaurant was good and the morning breakfast buffet was adequate. You can walk along the river in the huge garden and enjoy an excellent view. Good place for relax.

Best resort in Yangshuo. No kidding!

A lot of things are under construction still due to repairs needed after the floods but the rooms are in good order and the high-end single we had was beautiful. I enjoyed reading on the balcony daybed. Not perfect, would have appreciated a better door on the water closet, but such a beautiful view you really can spend a whole day on the property just relaxing.

If serenity is what you're looking for then definitely stay here. Resort is far from noisy roads and the city centre, overlooking a crisp and calm river. Not much activity here except for punting, walking and contemplating.

This hotel stay was absolutely amazing! The front desk staff was so welcoming and even brought us something. In the afternoon, my kids had a blast swimming in the pool and didn't want to leave.

A very satisfying hotel stay, highly recommended! The staff greeted us with warm smiles, and the hotel lobby was simple yet grand, filled with a delightful tea fragrance that instantly uplifted our spirits. Choosing this hotel with kids was absolutely the right decision! The hotel environment and facilities are excellent, the pool is very clean, and my child loved it, which allowed the adults to relax and unwind. There's a shuttle bus to West Street, which is super convenient. The service was great, highly recommend!

The hotel is very clean and tidy, a luxury type of hotel. It's also conveniently located near West Street with plenty of dining options. The service is warm and attentive, and a bonus is that kids can ride bikes for free. The breakfast is especially delicious too.

Extremely satisfied! The bedding in the room was incredibly comfortable. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to West Street, which was a huge plus. All the staff members were very warm and welcoming! Overall, I'm really happy with my stay and highly recommend it to everyone. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel has a beautiful environment and excellent, responsive service. There are plenty of recreational facilities, perfect for families with kids. The pool temperature is just right, so you can even swim outdoors in winter. It's a great hotel for a relaxing vacation in Yangshuo. I'd love to come back again.

Service: The service here is absolutely top-notch. The tall male manager at the front desk was incredibly patient and helped us with everything we needed during our stay. There was also a lovely lady who helped us exchange some 20-yuan notes. The spa staff were very professional and so thoughtful. The shuttle service was almost always on time, making our travel very smooth.

Shi Yu Yuan Fang is a chain hotel, and we stayed at their Riverside branch. The hotel is right by the river, nestled among mountains and water, making it very quiet and comfortable. There's a 24-hour shuttle service for getting to and from the hotel, and the staff at reception were all very enthusiastic and quick to respond. It's a shame we didn't have enough time to experience the complimentary travel...

Booked this place for the window view, and it certainly didn't disappoint. If you love mountains and rivers, you'll be absolutely stunned. I'm unilaterally declaring this the hotel with the best view of the Yulong River; I'm very satisfied and would choose it again if I ever get the chance.

The stay was good. We wanted a quiet place with scenary, so the location is a bit away from the main road. Room was big for 5 of us which gave us space on our own too - with outdoor tub, swing and sofa seat in the balcony. Going in and out of hotel will require buggy to carpark at the other sister hotel or closer to main road, but service staff are great and very responsive, so wait is typically short...

The environment is great, very beautiful both when it's clear and when it's raining. The staff are very polite, and you can also enjoy a spa at the hotel. Breakfast is at another location, but they provide a sightseeing shuttle to take you there. The food tastes good, and I really liked it—I ate a lot.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is located right by the Yulong River, and there's a shuttle service available for transportation whenever you need it. The staff are incredibly warm and polite, always ready to help with any issues that arise. You can even go fishing right outside the hotel, and they provide free fishing gear at the front desk.

This is a beautiful hotel, but more importantly, the staff is absolutely incredible. We were sick, and they have provided everything we need, we felt at home and secure. They have also arranged for us so many amazing activities, I would 100% recommend.

The room was quite spacious and overall comfortable. The front desk even gave us tangerines, so we were very satisfied with our stay.

This place is marvelous! It’s the coziest and most authentic hotel in China. We’ve been all over China except Xinjiang and Tibet, and never stayed at such a beautiful place. We were a bit worried about the heating in the room during winter time, because usually there is no heating in the south of China. But everything turned out fine, the hotel provided us with electric blankets, it felt super warm...

Very clean and nice hotel in Yangshuo, not directly in the city center, which is a good thing. The courtyard is beautiful restored and the rooms are in old renovated houses. The rooms are big and come with heated blankets! The staff is extremly helpful with knwoledge of the area and helping with booking of activities. They also speek very good English. We had a wonderful time!

So worth it! We got a free upgrade too, the food was amazing and we were so shocked with all of the things included! The pool was pristine even though no one was using it , it was kept clean, we spent 4 hours in the pool and it was bliss. The staff were so friendly. You can also rent bikes which we did !

The hotel's location is convenient for all attractions, and they can help book discounted tickets. Breakfast and late-night snacks are provided, and there's a shuttle service to West Street. All the staff are very enthusiastic. Even though the weather wasn't great, they upgraded our room! ✧٩(ˊωˋ*)و✧
