We stayed at this resort for 4 nights at the beginning of May while my kids (ages 9 and 11) were on school break. They loved it. They really enjoyed the pool, the springs and the breakfast and dinner buffets. The sushi restaurant is also good. The kids liked the slides and obstacle course in the pool area. There are so many springs here, with varying temperatures so you can choose to soak in cold...

Mila provided excellent service. The environment is really nice, and the playground is great too. Both breakfast and the evening barbecue offered a wide variety of food. The hot springs are definitely the highlight. Ji Yuan travel photography also provided fantastic service, and the photos turned out beautifully. This place is perfect for a family trip.

The room decor is a bit dated, but the other facilities are pretty good. They offer a complimentary breakfast buffet with a decent variety, and we even got a free dinner buffet. Although it was crowded and we had to queue for food, it was free after all, so no complaints there. It's perfectly fine! We went with our kids, and there's a free water park and family activities. Someone organized some events...

The room was spacious and very clean, and the room service was excellent and thoughtful. My child absolutely loved playing in the water, and all the facilities were communal, which made for a great experience. The complimentary photoshoot was fantastic! The photographer knew all the best spots in the hotel and even fulfilled my child's wish to take photos at the golf driving range. My child wanted...

Tucked away in a bustling area, it's super convenient for golf, and there's a water park and indoor pool, plus a special hot spring bath! The complimentary white fungus soup every day is also a very heartwarming touch. I've stayed here a few times and still really love it!

The location is remote, the facilities are old, and it takes a while for the hot water to come out in the shower. Hygiene is so-so. I arrived at the hotel in the early morning; the receptionist had a pale face, was expressionless, and didn't respond to my questions.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the decor was average, and it was reasonably clean. The toilet was clean and spacious. The hotel felt a bit old, the stairs were narrow, and the elevator was old.

The room is clean and tidy without any peculiar smell. The environment is also good and the transportation is convenient.

A large bed + a smaller bed, enough for a family of three. The room is spacious and quiet.

Suites room in Jinshang Hotel is cost effectiveness. Well decoration in Chinese old fashion style.

A female receptionist at the front desk had a very poor attitude. When I asked her to bring two more bottles of mineral water to my room, she said that only two bottles were allowed per room per day. This wouldn't normally be a problem. However, her attitude was extremely rude and impatient.

The location is great and the service is impeccable, but for family trips, you should stay in a more expensive hotel. I booked 160 per night to save money. The room smelled very musty and the quilt felt wet.
