I booked a river view room, but the window glass was incredibly dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned. They provided a fruit platter with one apple, one pear, and one banana, all whole. Everything was excellent except location which was a bit far

The best experiences we had in Harbin was Crowne Plaza Hotel. Besides overall excellent experiences, they gave us free ski pass for my whole family. They have staff courteou, pleasant and professional. The checking in and out was smooth. English speaking staff were there round the clock. I recommend Crowne Plaza Hotel.

The worst Sheraton I've ever stayed at. The location is inconvenient, the service is poor (check-in took almost ten minutes), and I couldn't find a taxi at 6 AM, almost missing my train.

When I returned to the hotel around 8 or 9 PM on the day of check-in, I asked a question to a male front desk staff member with yellowish hair. This guy at the front desk was really bad. Very satisfied, clean and hygienic

Highlights: The room was quite spacious and very comfortable, and the hotel service was also good 👍, they even provided complimentary fruit 🥭 and drinks 🥤. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the city center, but the price-performance ratio is still good 👍. Breakfast is a bit expensive.
