Everything was satisfactory at this hotel. Only thing is that the temperature in the room is un-adjustable. Felt too hot as the heater temperature was fixed. Staff informed to open the window for a cooler room.

The hotel is close to Yangzhou East Railway Station; a taxi to attractions in the city, such as Slender West Lake, costs approximately 25-30 yuan. Our family of three stayed in a family room, which was very spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There were two single beds and one double bed, and even a walk-in closet. This hotel is a well-established chain with a great environment, excellent service, and fantastic dining options. I enjoyed both dinner and lunch here. The location is superb, directly opposite the West Gate of Slender West Lake, making it perfect for catching the sunrise.

Got a free room upgrade and complimentary fruit. Check-out time was very flexible, and the room was spacious. The common areas were even better than I expected. Considering the price, there's absolutely nothing to complain about.

My husband and I stayed at the Canal Spring Hotel from April 8th to 10th and were very satisfied. It is close to the high-speed rail station and has convenient transportation. The two waiters named Chen at the front desk were very friendly and enthusiastic. I will definitely stay at your Spring Hotel again if I have the opportunity to come to Yangzhou again in the future. ha
