Triple room. Plus side. Hotel staff tried their best. 3 queen beds which is not usual case for other hotels which usu use foldaway bed only. Also, quick to attend to issues.
However, toilet bowl clogs with just tissue paper. Need to place used toilet paper in a bin!
Also, rooms a bit dated/wt wear n tear and would prob do wt some refreshing.

At 11:30 at night, the disturbance was serious. I called the hotel front desk and was told that it was because of guests checking in on the same floor that the chaos would last for a while. A group of children continued to make loud noises in the corridor, running and jumping. Opening the door to persuade them was ineffective. The parents did not care about it and did whatever they wanted. It was not until I called the front desk a second time and told them to call the police that they sent a young man to persuade them. If the guests are of low quality, this cannot be avoided, but as a front desk staff, you should know that there are more than just this group of guests in your hotel. I suggest changing the front desk. If this continues, the hotel will be in trouble.

Trash, dirty sheets, and smelly pillowcases. My child slept there and woke up itchy the next day. The cleaning lady rushed in to clean while I was half asleep. A rubbish hotel.

During the holidays, the price is cheap, which is suitable for friends like me who only bought tickets to Yantai South Station and arrived in the afternoon to spend a night. Take a taxi to the hotel for the starting fee, put your things, and then take a taxi to the scenic spot. It doesn’t waste a day. The light is good from 3 to 5 pm, which is good for taking pictures. The hotel environment is clean and the bed is very comfortable.

The house environment is average. The twin bed room has two beds and the legs can't be put down.

Waiter: There was an auntie at the hotel's breakfast restaurant who was staring at me like a criminal, with all kinds of impatience and looks. I was using the beverage machine to make milk tea, but after pressing it once, no water came out, so I pressed it a few more times. Lima rushed over and said sternly that I couldn't press it so many times. If you break it, you'll have to pay for it! We have written here that you can only press it once. I said I pressed it but no drink came out. He said, "I don't care, it won't work if you press it too much!" Then he took a rag that could be used to wipe everything. After wiping the table, he wiped the stainless steel tableware used to hold the food.

Front desk: An extremely impatient staff member at the front desk. The hotel clearly stated that luggage storage is free! When we went to store our luggage. The impatience of machines. I don't even want to give it a single star. They even kicked me out of the hotel. I checked out at 2:00 AM, and at 1:55 AM, the cleaning staff kept knocking on the door. I said I'd leave to pack up, but they kept knocking. They even called my supervisor to ask when I'd leave. I ended up leaving the lobby at 2:10 PM. The point is, they were pushing me after just 10 minutes. I checked in at 2:00 AM, so what's wrong with checking out 10 minutes late? Isn't that normal?
