Reviews
The shower had serious issues: hot water was time-limited, cutting off after ten minutes, and the water pressure was extremely low. The drainage was poor, leading to a lot of standing water in the room. The bed only had one sheet, and the plastic wrapping on the mattress was not removed, causing a loud crinkling noise every time I turned over at night, severely disrupting my sleep. The hygiene and hardware facilities completely failed to meet basic accommodation standards. These are visible issues that can be improved. Don't try to manipulate reviews; if the service is truly good, guests will leave positive feedback without being asked. All videos were uploaded to the Ctrip customer service platform on the day of check-in. I hope for improvements.
Facilities: Well-equipped, and they have a loyalty program too.
