The minute we arrived, we were greeted by Zeljana and Mirela on reception who couldn't do any more to be so accommodating, so friendly and helpful. Before booking we’d done our research & read previous reviews so we were fully aware of the amount of steps. (179 from the beach to the reception level) not a problem for us, it was actually nice to help burn off some of the calories but if you have mobility issues this may not be the hotel for you. An incredibly wonderful place to relax and just enjoy! All the all-inclusive buffet food was delicious and the tables were cleared quickly. The pool area was clean and the seaside was wonderfully close, where you could cool off on hot days.
