beautiful resort. Something special and def. worth to visit! We were lucky so there wasn’t many people and we could enjoy in peace.
The dining options are inflexible. It is impossible to expect guests to opt for fine dining daily. There should be other options to encourage guests to remain at San Canzian.Although the food served at the hotel restaurant is up to scratch the portions are too small.

We stayed in room Bella for 5 nights. The room is comfortable and spacious, as is the bathroom. Kudos to the friendly and helpful staff who provided a special breakfast every morning for my wife who has problems with allergies. The accommodation is extremely clean and tidy. Recommendation for the restaurant within the building.

Casino Molino in the area disputed between Croatia and Slovenia. However it operates perfectly normally and its address is Croatian. I understand that the owner is Slovenian. Breakfast was amazing and the room was lovely. We also made a reservation for dinner which was incredible!
Really enjoyed the stay. The rooms were large and clean. The best part though was dinner that night. The atmosphere was perfect, the food was delicious and the staff were super friendly.
Lovely place, nice service, big room, super comfortable mattress, quite good restaurant, more than OK breakfast.
Nice and cozy place hidden a bit off the main road. Authentic place with superb Istrian style dishes.

Beautifully renovated old house. Quiet location away from the hurds. We loved to have breakfast in the lush garden where all the Mediterranean herbs can be found. The breakfast itself was also really really nice with a variety of fruits, breads, viennoise, yoghurt, milk, coffee, tea, and scrambled eggs. Gluten free was no problem!
Location is awesome, right in the middle of Istrian Inland. You can reach the sea in 20 minutes, but the place is so great you loose yourself enjoying what you have around. The place is a restored old farmhouse built in stones. It's been renovated with taste, maintaining the old country style flair, with a modern touch (and commodities. ). Al Merlo Olivo is perfect all year round if you feel sporty...
Excellent service, helpful and very friendly host
We only rented bikes here but it was perfect, Franz was very friendly and helpful. We hope we can return here some day, just took a look on the guesthouse but seemed very nice. Location is also 5*, Groznjan itself and Buje-Groznjan road is quite close, and Parenzana route as well.
Such a beautiful place. The surroundings are amazing, the rooms are very neat. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Will definitely be back for a longer stay.
Good istrian home made cuisine, MTB and motorbike rent, 4wd excursions with your or their vehicles and of course good sleeping!
