I called my bank and solved the problem, but the whole time both the two ladies at the desk and the kind gentleman (who, I want to say, in the following days we saw accompanying new guests to the room helping them with their luggage, something he didn't do with us) didn't bat an eyelid, remaining still waiting for the payment, without telling me that maybe I could calmly take care of it later, maybe...

What I didn't like, however, were some of the staff's behaviors: as soon as we arrived (around 3 pm after a long journey coming from Italy), no one helped us with our luggage, which we then had to carry to the room ourselves

Once the problem was solved, the only thing they were able to explain to us was that the parking of the structure is paid (something that is not reported in the description of the structure)

We enter the reception and a thin, blond gentleman offers us a pineapple juice, I thank him but decline since I am allergic: I am not offered anything else as an alternative

Tired from the trip, in a crazy heat and not expecting such a request, I got confused and continued to type in the pin of the previous card

Love this hotel, great location. I like the most animator Nika. She is great with kids and very dear and friendly. Every day is happy and in a good mood

Would stay again in this area as plenty to see and a visit to the falls is a must. , a long walk involved but worth it

The Spa and Wellness Center was amazing, the location is also really great, and most of the staff were very responsive and friendly.

Very nice hotel, very nice owners, Tucic family, wishes are simply fulfilled, polite staff in all areas, clean rooms, delicious food and drinks, private lawn and private access to the beach. We will be back.

What a wonderful hotel, everything was perfect from the room, to the grounds with a lovely pool and spaces to relax right on the beach, to the amazing food and friendliness of the staff

It feels like you are at home, the apartments are kept clean daily, meals are perfect and dinners are romantic and enriched by professional and kind personnel

Also, the location in Malinska harbor is very good for starting day trips or just hanging around the beach or the diverse bars and restaurants

The Parking garage, which belonged to the Hotel, you could also use free of charge. The location of the hotel was right on the harbour and in just a few minutes you could reach on foot all sorts of Restaurants and shops

, One thing that I find a bit unpleasant and the breakfast have orange juice and not a juice fresh for a 5 star I think is required,then a bit annoying the noise of the cranes of the port in the morning is often dependent on for the rest everything is perfect!

The room was very spacious and the views of the harbour and the sea was great! The pool area was also very nice. There was both an indoor pool and an outdoor pool with many Loungers and possibilities to relax

There are several details to describe this place for ideal vacation under olive groves: pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, friendly and professional staff, excellent food with refined taste, extreme comfort

The hotel is located at the seaside and also has a swimming pool and spa. In front of the hotel there are parking places for guests. The suite is spacious with nice balcony and excellent view

The only thing we lack were clean linen in our 2 night stay, other than that excellent service.

We stayed for 4 nights and had planned on going to some of the local restaurants, but never made it. The poolside and under the olive trees were lovely spots to chill out

The environment is clean, the owner is caring and sympathetic, the parking lot is large and well maintained.

The hotel is located in the city center. The air conditioner works very well. If you need a higher pillow when sleeping, I suggest you bring it with you. That's how I did it :) The staff is very friendly

Very good for whatever family want..

Perhaps fairer to say would be: We stopped off for a drink and ended up staying and ordering dinner because the food looked so good :-) The terrace is a great place to chill out and soak up the atmosphere of Malinska, particularly after a day's exploring

We liked it that the place is located in the city center so we had to walk only a few minutes to the beach and the promenade with restaurants and bars

I loved the 2 ladies that work there. My room was so clean the cleaner is so good. The cleanest room that I have stayed in since my travels, the whole place not just my room. Service was beyond exceptional

They left us some cold welcome drinks and very delicious local appetizers. Communication with the host was very good and she responded always quickly

Despite the house is not located next to the beach, the location is very good. Within a 30 min drive, you are on the other side of the island. Multiple more big supermarkets only 5 minutes away

We stayed last night and stayed for a few days at the peak of the season, excellent accommodations (clean, neat, comfortable), and the owners are very kind. If the room is free we will definitely repeat it.

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks in July and I really recommend it. It is very large, clean and everything is available, what is needed for a holiday. The landlords are very friendly and helpful

The sunsets from the balcony are awesome and the view of the sea from the bedroom bed is lovely. We felt really comfortable here and could really relax
