Friendly and helpful staff but generally a bit run down. If you use the general sanitary facilities you need some good humor. A handful of showers and toilets for a large camping just ain't enough.

Excellent hotel with friendly and professional staff. The whole hotel is kept very clean and well presented, with staff doing a fantastic job of cleaning all the guest areas throughout the day as required. The all inclusive is actually NOT all inclusive it only allows drinks with your meals it is VERY misleading thereby making this a very expensive hotel not particularly good value for money sadly. If you don't upgrade you don't get a balcony and rooms although clean are basic. The site needs sorting to explain what drinks included means but what was already an expensive holiday has now become very expensive

The resort is located in a very attractive location with access to the beach and plenty of parking space. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and equipped with all amenities, and the cleanliness and tidiness were at a very high level. The best thing about this hotel is the staff... I stayed in early May and Marine and Nicolina at the front desk were amazing. I hope I got their names right because I would always mess up their names and we would laugh about it. Lumbarda hotel is a bit old fashioned, but friendly place on the seafront, with many beaches around for day, and restorants for evening.

Excellent staff, very helpful and always willing to answer any questions I had. Another plus is that they are very knowledgeable about local restaurants and have great recommendations for wine. Breakfast was delicious, especially the coffee. The room and bathroom were clean, the beds were comfortable. When I asked for tours, they suggested a kayaking tour of the nearby islands with Spirit of Korkyra...

The perfect place in the Riviera! There're fantastic views from the windows, own terrace on the third floor. There is also a restaurant, including a hearty breakfast. Convenient location - you can walk along the embankment in both directions. There is a library, mini-fitness room, mini pool and sun loungers on the beach. I recommend!

Had a nice summer vacation at bluesun holiday village last July . The service was quite nice and food was not that special but very delicious. Our doubleroom was clean and comfortable. Tucepi is a nice holiday place to be. Me and my family are travelling the past few years to this place and we never get bored.

For sure this is not a 4 star hotel. I took what they call "Superior double room" but it was far from the "Superior" word. Check the images. Also if you order drinks from the bar like mohito for example - 80% of it is just ice, if you drink beer at the bar is better because if you ask it for the pool is less quantity but at the same price. I personally recommend this hotel to everyone, the food was really nice and the staff also. The only bad thing was paying for water/drinks on paid dinners. I think paying for water is really stupid. Everything else was really enjoyable and great.

When we arrived and had a problem, the director of the hotel helped us to find a solution together, what we really appreciated. Only downside might be distance from center.Its a 10 minute walk ,but we didnt mind since its relaxing walk with beautiful sceney.
