One of the nicest vacation we had as a family. The hotel is great, the staff was nice and helpfull, everything was spotless. The only thing we disliked were the pillows, a bit too soft for us, but otherwise nice and big room, nice and comfy bed. The amenities were great and the food was delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect, near to the port and old town, but not that near to hear any noise...

We spent 5 days at the Imperial Heritage Hotel on Rab island in August and it was lovely. The food is excellent (half board) with a wide selection. Very friendly staff - particular praise goes to Iva on reception, Petar on front of house at the restaurant and (sorry forgotten their names) the lovely Filipino chef and the Austrian waiter. The pool area was lovely and clean and always sunbeds available...

Amazing experience. Close to everything in the city, but hidden in the beautiful nature. Pool is great, and beach is a 6 min walk away. Entertainment at night keeps it fun if you dont feel like stroll ing the old town - acoustic music, movie nights, dance shows. Has a neat gym and great outdoor activities like biking and guided runs. Food is AMAZING. Everything tastes homemade and there are options...

We visited this hotel the 4th time in a row and we will continue to do so.. everything is just perfect: the Service, the location, the food and the surrounding. We surely come back and o can only recommend to book this hotel. It made our holiday an unforgettable memory.

Clean and very nice personality, close to city centre. You get a discount coupon for a restaurant near the hotel(15sec walk)it's valid the whole stay.

Hotel is next to great restaurants and all of the tourist attractions. Hotel has own parking lot just on the northern end of the old city... Just 10 minutes walk away.

We had a really lovely stay, the place was clean and tidy, and the staff were super friendly and helpful when needed. The location couldn’t be better. We especially loved the pool area, it was never crowded, which made it so peaceful and relaxing, and perfect for little one too as she felt safe swimming and playing without a bunch of bigger kids taking over. I was looking for hotel that is walking distance from everything I needed, And found perfect one! From reception to kitchen staff and director were amazing! Helpful, flexible and made my trip and stay comfortable and smooth. Would recommend to everyone and I’m going to come back next year again!

Ideal for person who don t look for crowdy beaches and will enjoy in historic ambient of narrow calm streets in the morning and near to fantastic city garden. No outdoor eating place.

Excellant stay! Welcomed with a personal letter sitting on the desk. Room was comfortable and squeky clean. Enjoyed dinner with 15% off and a free scrumtious breakfast. Great location to walk the waterfront. Staff friendly and responsive.

Beautiful structure, large comfortable rooms, professional staff, perfection location, value. On the higher end if accommodations in old town but worth the price. Morning breakfast included. The pool is lovely. Absolutely no complaints.

The staff are lovely a special mention for the member on the fr t fest when we arrived and left: listen to her recommendations where to go for a nice beach and where to go to eat in town all were superb. It is lovely sitting under the trees for breakfast and dinner and the location is away from the hustle and bustle of the town

Great hotel, very helpful personnel, clean , great breakfast (try the ham & cheese omelet) , located in a fantastic position on the promenade in front of the port ( had a sea view room with a big balcony although i paid extra for it was worth it...) its connected to the old town of RAB and great for evening strolls after dinner , worth all of the 5* rating, . I highly recommend this hotel if you are...
