Beautiful family experience at Hotel Padova for the third time. Staff are exceptionally professional and helpful, from reception, F&B to housekeeping: catering to our every need. Highly recommended!

Top team, very customer friendly, great service!

Typical Valamar Croatian hotel – an older, renovated facility with plenty of amenities such as a kids’ mini club, pool, and various activities. Overall, my children were very happy with everything, especially the mini club activities and the friendly animators. However, a shortage of staff is evident everywhere. Room cleaning is often delayed until the afternoon and less detailed compared to other...

Amazing hotel with an amazing personal I'm really impressed I can only recommend. It was a beautiful holiday for us. I'm happy.

We were very satisfied with everything. The location, the programs, the staff, the attitude. In a word, professionalism. Thank you very much again!

Everything was perfect. Great hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. We will definitly come back again. Good experience.

We had the pleasure of staying at Valamar for two nights, and it was truly an exceptional experience from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, the entire hotel team made us feel genuinely welcome. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. What made our stay even more memorable was the incredible surprise they prepared for my birthday...

We had a great experience here. Staff were good, the buffet was wonderful for breakfast and for dinner. The Ceaser Salad at the pool diner was disappointing, but when we pointed it out to staff, they were very attentive. The burger looked awesome and my wife had a delicious Tuna Salad. We would stay again if we return.

We absolutely love everything about this hotel! The location is perfect, and we especially love the park/woods right in front of the hotel. The service throughout the entire hotel is impeccable, and the food is excellent as well. We came with our two dogs, and this place is perfect for us because it’s peaceful and ideal for walking them just outside the hotel.

Valamar Imperial Heritage Hotel on Island Rab was a delight! Peaceful location, park next to the hotel for quiet walks, walkimg distance to city centre. Hotel is excellent, pet-friendly, great service and above average food selection.

Nice location in the midlle of nature , quiet ,tasty food , close to beautiful old town Rab , very friendly staff (thank you Iva for letting us to choose between rooms ), taxi boat included and thats a plus. We recommend this place !!! Hvala .

One of the nicest vacation we had as a family. The hotel is great, the staff was nice and helpfull, everything was spotless. The only thing we disliked were the pillows, a bit too soft for us, but otherwise nice and big room, nice and comfy bed. The amenities were great and the food was delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect, near to the port and old town, but not that near to hear any noise...

Shower for boat guests possible. We didnt stay at the hotel, but still want to give a five star for the very nice 6 Euro shower(incl.towel, shower gel) for guests with boat moored in front of the hotel. Hotel staff also friendly.

Clean and very nice personality, close to city centre. You get a discount coupon for a restaurant near the hotel(15sec walk)it's valid the whole stay.

This hotel deserves more that 3*. Food was absolutley great, wide selection of various food, friendly staff and great f&b manager Kosta who made our stay more plesent. Hotels need more professional people like him in the industry. If you don't look for every little mistake and reason to complain, this hotel will be will be perfect for you and your family.

Hotel is next to great restaurants and all of the tourist attractions. Hotel has own parking lot just on the northern end of the old city... Just 10 minutes walk away.

We had a really lovely stay, the place was clean and tidy, and the staff were super friendly and helpful when needed. The location couldn’t be better. We especially loved the pool area, it was never crowded, which made it so peaceful and relaxing, and perfect for little one too as she felt safe swimming and playing without a bunch of bigger kids taking over. We truly enjoyed our time here and will...

The staff was okay , had no problems . In my opinion the food was very bland , i feel like it should be more seasoned and there should be more options . But my biggest complaint is for sure the room . My room was located right next to the elevators wich are very noisy . Every time someone goes up and down you hear a loud banging sound right above the bed wich is very anoying . And if someone has a...

Excellant stay! Welcomed with a personal letter sitting on the desk. Room was comfortable and squeky clean. Enjoyed dinner with 15% off and a free scrumtious breakfast. Great location to walk the waterfront. Staff friendly and responsive.

Perfect location, lovely room with great views, splendid food (breakfast and dinner). The service was excellent. The outside dining area was beautiful

Beautiful structure, large comfortable rooms, professional staff, perfection location, value. On the higher end if accommodations in old town but worth the price. Morning breakfast included. The pool is lovely. Absolutely no complaints.

The staff are lovely a special mention for the member on the fr t fest when we arrived and left: listen to her recommendations where to go for a nice beach and where to go to eat in town all were superb. It is lovely sitting under the trees for breakfast and dinner and the location is away from the hustle and bustle of the town

Great hotel, very helpful personnel, clean , great breakfast (try the ham & cheese omelet) , located in a fantastic position on the promenade in front of the port ( had a sea view room with a big balcony although i paid extra for it was worth it...) its connected to the old town of RAB and great for evening strolls after dinner , worth all of the 5* rating, . I highly recommend this hotel if you are...
