Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und fragt täglich ob alles in Ordnung ist. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Ein schöner Aufenthalt und ein super Urlaubsfeeling.

Der pool und das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Temperatur und die Größe von Pool var optimal. Unsere Kinder haben es einfach gefeiert. Für uns war Privatsphäre sehr wichtig was bei dieser Einrichtung super geklappt hat. Man hat fast alles was man braucht. Von Tennisschlägern bis Bälle und co. Took a week of vacation there with 9 other friends. The location is very pleasant for times you want to chill and have your privacy. Location: Even though the house is located next to a road, the traffic noise is noticeable but not distracting. You have a small market close to your house. However, we preferred to drive to the mall in Sibenik as it has a lot more variety and is only a couple of minutes...

A great apartment. An ideal starting point to explore the area. Very nice owner. The pool is not too big but can do it.

We were thrilled with the pretty and fully equipped holiday home, which we recommend with a clear conscience. Starting with the friendly landlords, to the clean pool with gardens and the barbecue.... - Complete kitchen equipment (pots, pans, kettle etc...) with cleaning supplies - towels + bedding - BBQ utensils, .... To the south you arrive in about 100 m at the typical Croatian, concrete sea access...

Peace and quiet, swimming pool only for myself, a great place for families and for a small group of friends

The location is just beautiful! The sea is incredibly clean and you can really enjoy the sun here. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, there were no problems! Villa Vesna is highly recommended if you want to enjoy a great vacation!

Spend a few nights with friends and it was great, the place was clean and we had an amazing time. Looking forward to the next time 🤩

It's an exceptional beautiful place. Has everything you need for comfort the generous supply of water and soft drinks is outstanding. The three independend apartments are great for a bigger group .and there is lots to visit . we recommend the Villa very much.

We stayed at Villa Demonta for the first time last month. We liked it very much! The apartment is very nicely decorated, modern and clean. The location is great too. You can even walk to the beach or Trogir in a few minutes. There are shops all around in the immediate vicinity. You can take care of yourself in the best possible way without much ado. The landlords are very nice and helpful. Any time

Great apartment and very friendly owner!

I visited Trogir my fifth time. I should say 2 star accomodation is villa Demonta. Place is clean and beautiful. Behind the beuty is too many rules and restriction. Air condition is only in living room and the bedrooms are too small. So if you would like to have better sleep at night you have to left the door open but you have no privacy. Air condition can be on only when you are inside the apartment...

We rented the penthouse and we did well. Huge terrace with open sea view. The apartment is air conditioned and clean. 2 small hotplates and a dishwasher. Just missing a microwave. The swimming pool is shared but when we were there in August the 2 other residents used it very little. In short, it is an ideal place for families with young children. Private path for the creeks at 100 meters. A real plus...

A breathtaking view. The apartment is hot. Own . Well equipped, except no microwave. The pool facilities etc are top notch. The hosts very welcoming and kind. The beach is direct with a glacier 30 meters away 😋 I recommend this place

Apartmán je luxusně vybaven, vše je čisté, zahrada je nádherná a skvělý bazén umožňuje neskutečnou relaxaci a odpočinek. Majitelé jsou velice milí a příjemní lidé. Určitě se sem ještě vrátíme.

The two weeks at Villa Sikovo were pure relaxation. The beautiful large garden with pool is ideal for big and small. For children there are many play options with safe demarcation and for the adults there are enough opportunities to relax. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. A small supermarket is about 1 minute away. The 10 minute drive to the sea is ideal for small trips with the family...

A fantastic holiday home. Large, beautiful, neat. Totally complete. Nice clean pool with nice loungers and umbrellas. Quiet area. Never seen such a beautiful house. Owners stay in the basement but they are very nice and helpful and don't always look up for a chat. Really great here!

Very nice owners, who live under the floor for the whole stay, are willing, every morning take care of the garden (so soon that you will not meet them), we got from their garden melons, tomatoes, zucchini and also home alcohol 😀 In the villa There are plenty of beautiful furniture and dishes that look like a fairy tale. Air conditioning is all over the house.
