We have been there for 1 night to visit the citiy of Varazdin. The hotel building itself is not new but the rooms themselves have been beautifully renovated and re-equipped. We had a lovely stay at Hotel Turist in Varazdin, which was super clean and comfortable. Everyone was very helpful, particularly Darko who served us our evening meal. I volunteered in a refugee camp in Varazdin in 1998 and have always wanted to return. Darko was very knowledgeable about the area and also the local wine. The hotel is located close to the bus terminal and there is a konzum right next to it, so it was easy to buy things. The facilities are well-equipped and the breakfast was good. However, the system check was not done well, so it took some time to confirm when checking out.

A wonderful stay in the heart of Varaždin! The location is perfect for exploring the baroque center on foot. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Highly recommended for anyone visiting this beautiful city!

Everything about this boutique hotel was wonderful: the staff speaks English and are very professional and courteous, the breakfast buffet was great. They have amazing assortment of deserts. Room and bathroom super clean and quiet environment. We loved it!

This quaint hotel in a small heritage palace is centrally located in the baroque area of Varaždin. The staff are friendly and fluent in many languages, not to mention that they extremely helpful. The cakes are delicious as is the cappuccino. There is a self-service breakfast available, daily. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay during Špancirfest.

Room is very small with very less walking space despite ours being biggest possible room, linens were very hard to use. Temperature control wasn’t functional properly. Dustins should have lid Staff at cafe / reception was very kind and helpful. They packed some snacks for us as we would miss breakfast due to early check out.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days while in the city to attend the Trash Film Festival. I highly recommend the hotel. Nice & clean, nice staff. The room should be repainted and I miss the power outlet for the hair dryer in the bathroom, but this does not spoil the overall impression of the room/hotel. Breakfast ok, nothing special, all good for the price.
