One of the best hotel i’ve ever been! Customer service at the hotel is phenomenal!! Whatever you need there is and more. Evenings are beautiful with live music with quality restaurants and days go by with the best bartenders at the pool area that is clean and nice!

While my family and I greatly appreciated the hotel’s facilities, atmosphere, and the overall kindness of most staff members, there were a few areas of concern that impacted our experience. At reception, we had an unfortunate interaction with a staff member named Lissandra. The room is very big, almost big enough for a family of four, with 2-3 beds, a balcony, and great bathing facilities. The wifi is not good, and the magnetic card used in the door lock is easily demagnetized when it encounters electronic equipment... The hotel has many conference centers of different sizes, and the staff are professional and efficient, which is suitable for small meetings!

Not bad. I've stayed here several times. The price is good. The only problem is that the wifi needs to be connected once a day.

What a beautiful hotel, very relaxing and great stop in Havana. Osvaldo was a great host! He was really helpful with tips about where to visit and went out of his way to help us book taxis and dinner tables. Highly recommend to anyone visiting.

A beautiful hotel with artfully decorated rooms, a wonderful staff, and tasty breakfasts! Each room has an artsy theme with the artwork coordinated - painting and movies for example - and is owned by a famous actress. Close to two delightful restaurants (within walking distance) - one even had live music!! I highly recommend a stay if you visit Havana.

The ARTeHOTEL was a very nice place to stay. The rooms and restrooms were very clean and pleasant. The staff, led by Osvaldo was top notch and very attentive to our needs. The breakfast that we were served was very good. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Havana.

We were traveling through Cuba for two weeks and this hotel was our last and by far the best accommodation. Esmeraldo is a very kind and genuine person who cares a lot about his guests. We had a very long and deep conversation with him and appreciated his timd. The room was super clean and the bed is very comfy. Highly recommended!
