The room was noisy from children running around and a general impression of people being right next to you - not what I associate with wellness and relaxing. The toilet bin smelled like cigarettes. Hotel is easy to find upon arrival into Janske Lazne. You can park your car right in front of the hotel while you check in up to one hour. You then have to move it a few meters into a public parking area, that can easy be confused as the hotel parking.. which it is not. If you do not need to move your car, you can pay for parking upon exit as it is cheaper, otherwise bring the ticket into the hotel...

You get what you expect for the price (pretty high price)... Nice, cosy, clean, modern hotel with great spa (well spa could be open for a bit longer in the evening). Only the view is a bit weird (trees are nice... But the garage building and mud below...).

What I like most about the Hotel is the location next to the cable car, what more could you want - nice and cozy rooms. When it comes to food, it depends on the type of food on something you enjoy something average.

Visited June 2019 Great menu, the six people we had each other and all the food was prepared very quickly. Sirloin luxury. The restaurant has nice premises and the service was nice and brisk. To star with a star.

Crumpled menu, great service, chef with a great overview. If I lived nearby, I would also come here for breakfast. Visit !!!

Absolutely fabulous kitchen! The chef knows what he's doing. Everything from the fresh and quality ingredients. Pleasant service and atmosphere of the restaurant. I'm sure soon again to visit.

Good breakfast, could be more various, but its good enough. Pesnion have quite good equipped shared kitchen, also sauna (for extra fee), playing room and ski boots drying area. I was very happy that can stay with my dog :)

Comfortable rooms, hearty breakfasts, parking. Close to the slopes and probably walking routes in the summer.

Great satisfaction with this accommodation. Very nice owners, rich breakfast, excellent dinner, cozy and clean rooms. We will be happy to return here one day. :)

Very nice place, close to the slopes, very warm !! I do not recommend breakfast, but you can buy it! You enter through the 2nd floor, if someone lives on the ground floor, you have to get a little bit over.

The guest house is not the newest, but there are many advantages that make up for it. located close to the slope, rooms with bathrooms, very warm in the guest house, low price, breakfast included, there is a place inside to leave skis, also close to the center and the swimming pool and the store. Lots of beds in the rooms so ideal for groups. Nice and helpful staff. It was enough for us :)

Comfortable rooms, very nice owners. Adequate distance to the slope, nice surroundings. The downside is that the "kitchenette" consists only of a microwave, fridge and kettle. Breakfast relatively expensive and small. Overall I recommend it.

Good location, 5min from the slopes, early dinner and breakfast are excellent, large rooms, sympathic owner and staff. Good value.

The surroundings are beautiful, the service is very pleasant, the rooms are standard, the day runs quickly. I recommend the hotel.

The lady was very nice and helpful, so was her husband who made the same impression on us. The room for two people, which was equipped with its own bathroom and toilet, was very pleasant. We ordered breakfast, which pleasantly surprised us. So we can only recommend!

Friendly stuff. They have repeatingly heated my own meal in their microvawe oven. We stayed 2 nights and had half-pension. The breakfast conception is swedish table and the dinner included soup and meal (chicken with rice). I am into healthy and balanced nutrition and I felt very satisfied here. I highly recommend the hotel :)

We were lucky to have the wellness area all to ourselves for several hours in the morning before we were supposed to check out. It's called Residence Vyhlídka, not Zur Aussicht... Almost very good, as there was a potentially lethal accident that we escaped by a couple of minutes... The hotel itself is perfect, the rooms are spotless and of decent size, the pool (free) and the sauna (extra) are great, and the restaurant onsite (not run by the hotel) is excellent, good food at good prices, the breakfast is ok but a bit repetitive...

Really great hotel, rooms and spa. Excellent service at reception. Only minus was the portions at the restaurant, they were a bit small for adults. (we had halfboard). Close to skiing and also good facilities for the equiprment at the hotel.

We had a 2 bedroom family suite and despite rooms may appear small on pictures (at least my subjective view), theyre big enough and even with our 2 little tornadoes we had a very comfortable stay. Great afternoon deserts (go for the nutellou pancakes) with friendly and funny hosts. Of you are with a big that includes children ask tp be seated in the back room that includes a small kidsplace.

Excellent jelly or Nutella pancakes for kids at a modest price. Interesting interior with old clocks and hunting trophies on the walls. Good location near Formanky ski area. Menu of the day only available in Czech and German, hence a bit of a challenge, if you don't happen to speak those I imagine (for us, Poles, it was mostly understandable). Addition of English menu would be nice though.

I have kind of sentimental feelings about this place as it is owned by my wider family. Anyway they have one of the best food, all is clean and the service is at a...family level.
