Our stay in the chateau was absolutely amazing. Very friendly owners and staff, beautiful design, an eclectic mix of history and contemporary art, delicious local fresh food. And a cute golden dog 😻Relaxing atmosphere, great both for workation and chilling. A dream come true. Hopefully see you again soon!

We‘ve been there during our roundtrip through czech Republic. It is now already some months ago, but I still have to say - words can‘t describe the experience we had. Just awesome! Worth to stay there more than one night, just to explore the art installations! Both owners were great hosts and of course enjoyed the dinner in the evening. Being at the castle and surroundings feels like being somewhere...

Very beautiful place and huge too. The owners are very friendly and the rooms are huge with each their own style. The breakfast was also good therefore nothing to complain about. If you want to retreat for a bit and just relax, then this is the right place to go.

This a unique and unexpected experience in these parts. My family rented the place for an afternoon to celebrate my father-in-law’s birthday and it was great. It’s a historic building of course, but the inside is an art gallery of sorts. There’s a large fire place to relax by and the food was very good. Very nice place. Some wonderful old rooms. Good breakfast, fair restaurant. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

I really recommend this place. Very friendly staff, we felt really welcome here. We even got higher accommodation for the same price.

Hotel OPAT is just OK. It's a good place to spend a night if you don't expect much. Room was generally clean but I found one spider in the corner. Because there's not much light and furniture is made of solid wood I wouldn't describe the room as a cosy. Restaurant in hotel OPAT is fine. Really kind service in reception and the restaurant.

I will absolutely stay at this hotel again! It's was perfect, but if I'm being reallllllllly picky (which I'm usually not) the only thing that bothered me was that there weren't any fans in the WC/shower, and there wasn't a shower curtain. That made it super steamy, hot, and humid on an already 90/30 degree day. BUT, the service was amazing, breakfast was great, beds were comfy, free and good WiFi...

Situated exactly at the centre of this historic town, nice restaurent n decent rooms considering the size of the town. I visited in summers when the rooms used to become very hot in the late afternoon/evening and remember keeping the windows open until dark. All historic/scenic places are walkable from here, not to mention that you can cover them walking anyway.

Nice and clean place with very nice staff. Beds were great, just the light from the street get our bedrooms a bit lighter. Wellness which is down in a hotel was good too. And breakfast was regular with a good coffee.

Great place. Very nice and eloquent personnel. However there's several things I'd expect from a 3 star hotel and in that price range. There's no refrigerators in the rooms. There's no facilities for wheelchairs (we were travelling with a child but a hnadicaped adult would have a hard time getting around). The tables in the restaurant were sometimes not cleaned before another people used them. Next...

Service was very nice and friendly. Food was good and fresh. I recommend this place to my friends who come to visit my hometown from overseas. Will be back again!

It was just absolutely amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is probably the best in the city - right next to the GASK with a nice view of the St. Barbara cathedral. Just an absolutely amazing stay. I will never stay elsewhere in Kutna Hora and I will recommend to all my friends and business partners to do the same.

This Villa was in the pedestrian area and had amazing views with a bar/restaurant on the first floor where breakfast was provided in the mornings. It was a neat building with a sky light window that opened creating a wonderfully cool evening even with the extremely hot temperatures that the region was experiencing.

Superb setting. Old world hotel in a UNESCO world heritage village. Cathedral Santa Barbara and a green valley as a back drop. Good sized rooms and free WiFi, off for an explore. Love it already.

Food in the restaurant were very good! They have great Czech choices for menu. Very good price: svickova for 129,-!

I stayed here for over two weeks while on business with Foxconn. Breakfast was always good - I had to ask for a few custom menu items from time to time to eat what I was accustomed to. The staff is very helpful. Rooms are a little sparse - the bed is a futon mattress on a wooden frame. It does the job. The shower supplies are liquid soap or body wash only. Bring your own supplies if you are picky

We've stayed a week here, very clean rooms great food and very helpfull staff especially Petra ,Barbora and Ondras who made our stay very plesant

Food was OK, nice tarrace. The owner should definitely hire some more people, I felt bad seeing one poor waiter taking care of all tables outside. Even though he had a lot of things to do he was still still able to do the job great!

Stopped here for lunch. It was good comfort food with good pricing. We had the goose lunch special and chicken schnitzel. Both were tasty and the servings were generous. I brought in my mulled wine from across the street and they didn't complain or comment on it. Service was friendly and the place was cozy, warm and welcoming.

Was an okay place to stay, more like a B&B than what you would describe a hotel. The rooms were very basic but they were clean! There was no English TV channels so unless you spoke Czech there was little point in the TV. The bathrooms again were quite basic with no toiletries provided.
