The hotel itself is quite okay, clean rooms and descent breakfast. The design is modern and cozy.
I am however very disappointed in their customer service. I had issues with the booking system on their website, book one room, but paid for two. This happened twice and they are aware of it. I informed them by email as soon as it happened.
When I reminded them about the issue before checking in, They then refused to reimburse the second room, saying their policy does not cover this.
Shame on them for knowingly pushing customers in paying for their faulty website. Be careful when booking, if something goes wrong you are on your own.

Very homely and comfy hotel, just yards away from the tiny Aalborg airport. Nothing around for miles but the hotel , airport and a tiny railway station. Nice and relaxing

Very convenient as a Pit Stop if your departure flight is early morning or artival late evening. Very clean and staff is friendly and professional. Good rooms, even if some are quite small and twin bed is really small. They could put smart tv in rooms to be able to screen mirroring your phone for Netflix i.e. as the channel list is .... small.

Very Nice and Good Hotel. Thumbs up for being friendly and Hospitality of their Employees. 👍 just walking distance for Aalborg Airport literally just across street 2mins walking. Comfortable and good ambiance Rooms.
