Brilliant for kids and joyful for adults too 😉 Very well organised, lots of attractions and plenty of interacting opportunities. Well connected to the town, the airport. Not giving 5 stars since I feel a bit expensive "Quality-price" like and the surrounding city does not really offer anything else at all.
Pretty much everything is exactly as advertised, and Lego is the name of the game. The only reason it wasn't 5 stars was the smell... The dinner service creates a smell of fish in the hotel, and in my room there was a similar fish smell that would not go away even after leaving the windows wide open all night and day.
Absolutely amazing vacation, we already want to go back again! The staff were all beyond nice! So friendly and helpful, never felt like they didn't have time for us. The room was perfect for us and the breakfast was really great. We came by public transportation and the bus stopped almost right in front of the hotel and it's in great walking distance from everything. We were staying in the business...

Amazing place to spend time with your family, if you have children but also if you love Lego. Nice atmosphere, a lot of things to do to have fun and play with Lego in all sauces.
Great family hotel. Rooms decorated with LEGO and of course there is LEGO to play with in the room. Nice breakfast buffet.

Great petit hotel with all the basics packed in it. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay!
Staff were friendly and atmosphere nice. I had an early flight out of Billund, and the price of the room was worth it for my peace of mind.
Very well located where you can commute anywhere in the city with the bus which you have to walk a bit back to the main airport's entrance but definitely recommended if you plan to transit or visit Legoland
This is not a hotel. At best it is a Hostel with private toilet that is no bigger than a shower stall and sink with no place to put your toilet items. There is not a place to put you suitcase except on the floor. On my outbound stay, my TV did not work do I had to move to another room that had stained walls. On my return visit I was given a room with bunk beds and an additional mattress on Ithe floor...
It's just 6 minutes walking to the Airport. I booked a non-smoking twin room but provided us a double room without no-smoking sign on the door. After talking to the reception we changed to a non-smoking twin room. We ordered a pizza at the Bar but waited for 45 minutes for it.

Extremely grateful that they were able to accommodate, after my original plans were cancelled. The room was quiet and warm, and the service was very friendly.
We went here on May 2018 for our honey Moon. Last night of our trip around Scandinavian countries. We were thinking about Legoland and the Perfect hotel, so i found pictures of the very good restaurant and the good room. Thank you, three years later
Really nice hotel with a great restaurant. The room is comfortable. If the room was properly clean when we arrived it would be a 5 star experience. Splashes of coffee in the carpet and not vacuumed. That the one thing to improve on this otherwise great hotel
Great location, Nice rooms and stylish restaurant, Great breakfast, but dirty bathroom, no light working over sink, narrow F&B menu for evening, no option for roomservice. Not enough Staff in Reception. Bar Could easy step in when busy. Easy to improve as their problems are not the property but way of Management and control.
Quite a nice park. Had a great time there with family and friends a couple years back.
Nice hotel and good restaurant.

Nice hotel with good western breakfast. It's near Legoland and walkable. However, was given only one double bed instead of my booking of one double and one single. It was too late, so I didn't ask to change.
Pro: nice property , close to Legoland & lalindia .. rooms & pool are good Cons ; Amenities mention restaurant but it’s only breakfast restaurant , which wasn’t mentioned anywhere We booked a suite for 4 travellers thinking it has Jacuzzi , which kid can enjoy but don’t know when it was cleaned last as the moment we filled it up entire room and bathroom was filled with smell of sewage water .. we...
The sanitation is acceptable. Fortunately, the breakfast is not bad, but toothbrush and toothpaste are charged separately. There are not many hotel options in Billund, so it is generally acceptable.
A very good hotel to stay in. 5 minutes drive from Billund Airport. After checking in, you can park for free. The breakfast is very rich. I choose this hotel every time I come to Billund. It has the best value for money.
Very nice hotel conveniently located for the Legoland and Lalandia. Nice swimming pool and sauna (separate for men and women). Very tasty breakfasts. The onsite restaurant was closed during my stay but the hotel has a deli store with sandwiches, salads and snacks.
Good breakfast and clean room. Easy check in and check out. Bed comfy but a bit warm in the room and bedcover very warm. Close to Billund airport eith free parking.No time to use the facilities such as gym unfortunately.

The park is convenient to enter, but the price is a bit high and there are no services. If you have older children, you can stay there. The experience for children should be good! The breakfast is rich!
The kids love it. It can accommodate 4 people. It's very clean.
Legoland in Denmark is too far from the capital. It takes nearly three hours by train and one hour by bus! When I arrived at the hotel, I saw two buildings, not on the same floor. The room types are the same as other Lego hotels.
Very good, very good experience Facilities: good, Service: great, food is not so good.
The room is quite big, it can accommodate two adults and three children. We had one adult and two children and we felt that we were at a big loss! The hotel service is also very good. It is very convenient to stay here to play Lego. There is also a Lego hotel next to it that is cheaper than this one. The Lego house, which is a few minutes drive away, is especially worth going to, and is more worthwhile...
The price/performance ratio is not high, the room is OK

Excellent location, great atmosphere in this gem of a boutique hotel. Great shop with specialties from Denmark as well as a very good extended wine selection. The restaurant is fantastic with a very cozy relaxed vibe. Food and service is top notch 💪🏻 I highly recommend this place.
Looks gorgeous downstairs but rooms are very basic and the bathroom not the cleanest. Booked a double bed but arrived and was 2 twins pushed together with no bracing so beds constantly slide apart. Was told all rooms the same. Very convenient location.
Unpretentious family owned heaven right next to the worlds best LEGO attraction Easily the best food in Billund. Danny the chef and Torben the owner and Michael the Mette D male a formidable team. I always stay here when visiting my colleagues at LEGO which is about 20. tonnes a year so i know this place very well
Lovely Family Hotel, with an Amazing restaurant, my food was just perfect. My room was a little small but perfectly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, not as good as the attention to detail as the evening meal but still good. The staff are both friendly and professional, can only recommend.
