Where to stay in La Vega Province

Love it here. Great location, good food, and drinks. Nice pool with hot tub. 3rd time visiting here.

Here again back after a year or so and I can truly say you get what you pay for. This definitely once was a grand hotel and is now awaiting new investors. I love the staff. They believe in their product more than their bosses. They are eager to please with limited resources or guidance. It took two workers and too many minutes to get a price on an item in their display. Great location and loved the waterside bar and restaurant. Very relaxing and natural beauty. Service is poor and little English spoken. Had to move rooms because of the ongoing disco by the pool area. Renovations ongoing so lots of noise unfortunately.

I highly recommend this place. This is still one of the best eco hotels in the area. The constant background sound of the river is very relaxing, and they have multiple pools, including jacuzzi and a heated pool. However, the rooms need some upgrading as most of the equipment won't work properly and some can smell of humidity.

The best stay, comfy soft sheets is a must and this hotel has it. Views and relaxation are the perfect touch. And the food was perfect. You must come

The River is great, the rooms are ok. River view i guess is better. We stayed in the pool side rooms. No noise during the week. Wait staff super nice. I am not sure about the previous reviews but we (family of 5 ) had a lot of food here and let me tell you - out of 20+ things we tried, everything was awesome. Desserts, pumpkin soup, salads, ...you name it, we had it. Next time we stay here we will...

The front desk guy is super attentive and has excellent customer service. He brought us hot chocolate when we checked in, saved us a delicious breakfast at 10:00 AM and extend our check out time to 1:00 pm. We are very satisfied with our overnight and affordable stay.

Hey there... Great place to experience a hotel in the outdoors, within all the commodities of a small city. Very big backyard to play with the kids and have a bonfire, W/ soccer court. Excellent to set up your "base camp" and explore the great outdoors that Constanza has to offer.-

The place is kept beautifully. Staff is friendly & accomodating. Rooms are clean. It's a rustic style. Very nice. Villas are beautiful. Stayed in the rooms instead because i could have a private bathroom.

Is a beautiful place for family and to disconnect from routine. Prices are very affordable. The reason of my score is because it looked like our cabin was not clean prior to our arrival, shower curtain was disgusting, bathroom with sewer problems. Staff was friendly and helpful kudos to Carlos he made our stay better. Place used to be better.

It's a nice place, cozzy, well kept, rooms are clean and excellent customers service. I guess the pay the service well to keep them happy. But the place has some flaws that can make the difference if the owners put a little bit extra attention to the little things. This Hotel was so dope sooo unique, you'll see it when you go, it's not a typical hotel the owner was very charismatic the staff were very polite and provided great service. Would love to come back, and not only for the view.

Although the hotel is central and it offers a comfortable and clean room the area is very Noisy. The city depends on motorcycles for transportation and unfortunately the noise pollution is high. If you want to stay in a quiet and relax environments enjoying nature this is NOT the place to stay.

It's a good hotel, nice room, good breakfast, beautiful decoration but they need to soundproof the rooms urgently, the noise from the street is really Annoying, I didn't sleep cause that. But apart of that noise everything good.

I don't know why there are too many comments about the water wasn't hot. I went on May 15, 22, and the water was hot, the food was delicious. They have the best coffee in DR for sure. The service was great, everything was clean and the decoration was pretty nice. Yes, my room was a little noisy but my sister's room wasn't. I can say that they are the best in the area.

Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. The owner is the warmest, most authentic soul you'd ever meet, and his artistic energy permeates through the place. The perfect place to discover Constanza! I was there last week with my cousin. We found the hostel very comfortable and really well decorated (you have to go and see all the details) . The owner, Melvin, was very helpful and nice: we came as hosts and left as friends. For sure, if I'm coming back to Constanza I'll sleep there again, and I can recomend you to do the same :)

A great hideway in the hills in Jarabacoa. Beautiful secure grounds. Spacious rooms with everything you might need. Beautiful setting with a nice pool surrounded by lush forest. A short drive to the town of Jarabacoa. Awesome caring staff who know everything you might like to know about the area. Good breakfast, decent internet. We will definitely be back.

My husband, three old son and I visited this hidden gem for two nights. The service was impeccable, the staff was amazing and our entire experience was straight out of a travel magazine. Get off the beaten path! There is so much more to see of the Dominican Republic than the all inclusive resorts! Villa Celeste was truly hidden paradise!

I had an amazing time at this gorgeous place! One of the best times ever! Everything had been thought through so well. It was beautiful, clean, and comfortable...the food was great! Vanessa and David are great hosts. The Villa is in a beautiful location. It's very peaceful and relaxing. My husband and I spent our wedding night at the Villa and all was perfect. We enjoyed a great nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. You should definitely book a stay with Vanessa and David at Villa Celeste Estate!

Villa Pajon is located in a National Park for which reason this is the only little project that exists in the area. It is quiet,cool and cold weather, and beautifully rustic. I will return

This is like to be in a home. quite,clean home setting, the surrounding is tranquil soft music of all pine trees around the house. The manager is a very comprehensive,cooperative gently lady.

Short but intense stay! Cathy is a caring, attentive host who enjoys sharing her experience and knowledge about the country and its culture. Great breakfasts with coffee and fresh fruit every morning. She dropped us off at various places so that we could visit the village. Nothing to say, at the top! To redo with great pleasure

Nice clean rooms. The hostess is courteous. She has 3 dogs, a parrot and budgies. All very sweet and good entertainers. She has her own excellent coffee that is served in the morning. Again any time!

They need more comfortable mattresses Period….. It was okay but the bed Matress was horrible and extremely uncomfortable.

The place is so full of nature and beauty. Everything is so peaceful and calming. From the moment you arrive, you feel in touch with nature immediately. I like it that it’s located far from the city and any noise from it. The food is delicious, the service is exceptional, the environment is very relaxing. 100% recommended!

Pretty quiet and chill place. Food is excelent and the service even more. Rooms are simple but comfortable, only downside i can think of is that there isnt hot water on the shower.

Gorgeous and peaceful eco place with a rural theme. Pool is available and rooms are separate rural houses. Restaurant is also available with great, typical home-cooked style food.
