The hotel is wonderful in terms of cleanliness, service, view, and staff interaction from management to service – everyone is cheerful and helpful. I loved the view of the pools and the garden, everything is great

I only stayed there for 2 nights and never used any of the facilities. I took a look at the gym and it was very small with free weights. Lunch near the pool side was average. Food was expensive at the hotel

We came here for a corporate training event. The reservation and preparations process was very smooth with Ms. The staff is very well organized and helpful - specially Mr. Overall - great value for money

I especially want to mention Islam at the front desk, he was an outstanding person to interact with. Friendly, professional, and genuinely kind, he made the check-in experience effortless and pleasant

The grounds and landscaping are beautiful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff and personnel at this location are helpful; they do everything to ensure your stay is perfect

The Hyatt is a very good corporate hotel. The proximity to the Giza plateau is great. Not really an impressive “Pyramid View” … obstructed by power lines and not good sight lines

I don’t think that they understand that the majority of their guests are there to experience Ancient Egypt … would have been better use of the screen to show off Egypt and Egyptian music

The breakfast is delicious, and when we got tired of Egyptian food we stopped off at the restaurant towards the end of the day. The pizza and french fries were amazing

It's a bit disappointing that it's easy to hear noise from the next room, but I'm glad I chose this hotel over a hotel in the city

The breakfast area has a great view, and it really makes you feel like you're on vacation

The environment is pretty good among hotels in Cairo, not far from the Giza Pyramids, but far from the city. The hotel service and breakfast are pretty satisfactory.

The hotel is extremely clean and well-organized, which made the stay even more comfortable. I would also like to give special praise to Executive Chef Mohamed. The quality and taste of the food were simply amazing
