The place is big and cozy, there are two pools where you can swim and in front of the beach too. I'm not a fan of swimming in a beach so the pool is really helping me to enjoy the trip. The food is nice but sometimes bland. Overall the stay is good. Thankyou.

We spent two nights at this place. Hotel little old and need renovation but the staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was nice. Location is very good. Hotel has private beach at the bank of Suez Canal. You can swim if you want. We are leaving with very good memories. I hope we can come and meet this lovely people again.

Service staff was friendly. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa which was excellent. Very roomy and had great amenities.
Environment and service are good.
The lake view room has a nice view, the carpet is a bit dirty and the air conditioner is quite noisy, but everything else is good.
Our experience at Mercure Ismailia Forsan Island was incredible from the start — so much so that we extended our stay for five more nights! The staff were exceptionally kind and professional, especially at the reception, where we were greeted with genuine warmth and a beautiful smile that made us feel truly welcome. Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel for their responsiveness. All the staff is very friendly. The room cleaning is very good. The reception staff is always ready to help. The food at breakfast and dinner is always fresh and delicious, the chefs always want to please the guest. The rooms are modern with lots of connectors and sockets.
