The view is exceptional Clean rooms, delicious food Freindly staff especially Miss Omnia from guest relations. Only one negative point Noisy sound system and crowdness at the pool as they offered families a highly reduced rate for using the pool at Sham El Nessim vacation. That made us unable to stay at the pool area after 1 pm.

The room was very clean, and the staff were very friendly.

The hotel needs more staff attention. You place an order and it's not fulfilled. You call room service or the restaurant and no one answers, even after multiple attempts.

We had a wonderful vacation in Egypt . Tolip Elforsan ismailia . Special thanks to Mr Ahmed Mostafa FOM and Ms. Omnia Kotb whom they took an excellent care of all our details . As well as Mr. Mohaseb FB manager. Recommended and will plan our next visit next year . Hotel is great and rooms are spacious and great view

The cleanliness level is below expectations; the carpets are full of old stains and are not aesthetically pleasing. Despite the hotel's impressive exterior, the rooms are far below standard for this level and price.

One of the best and cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The place is very beautiful and psychologically relaxing. My family and I visit it every Eid or during summer and winter vacations. The breakfast is good, the chalets are very clean, and the room service staff are polite and professional. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a change of atmosphere and to relax away from the city’s noise

Service staff was friendly. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa which was excellent. Very roomy and had great amenities.
