also the reception guy informed me about all the hotel activities ( spa and gym )and restaurants and bars locations. The beach is a piece of art, The pools indoor and outdoor are very clean

Excellent summer resort. Lovely beach, pool and gardens. The rooms are clean, well furnished with a big bathroom and balcony. Elevators are available. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are above average.
It's a hidden place of heaven with white sandy beaches and turquoise waters. Nice food, with polite staff and super clean. Recommended for relaxed, unique family holidays.

The food was delicious with very reasonable prices ( my stay was half board). The waiters at the beach bar and the restaurant are very friendly and polite
The most beautiful beach you can find. Calm and clear waters. Rooms nice and spacious. A pity the food is mediocre at best. Change the food and the restaurant please!

We booked Jaz Crystal for our honeymoon and stayed at the hotel for 8 days. The beach was absolutely beautiful, golden sand and crystal clear sea

I am writing my second review of the Corallo restaurant in the Jaz Elite Crystal hotel. We visited there again after a year. The restaurant staff was very nice and helpful. Thanks to the waiters named Islam and Medhat
Overall, the hotel services are at a very good level. The rooms are clean, the food is very tasty. Perhaps the only things we missed were usually croissants at breakfast and very poor internet
The weather was great, temperature around Mediterranean coastal is absolutely amazing, I did not feel hot during the day, sea was extremely warm and pleasant, I can’t remember when have I stayed in the water for longer than here

You can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea and use all the excellent facilities including the swimming pool for free. Meals are also provided at a reasonable price.
The hotel is very cost-effective. The dinner included in the room rate is delicious. The room is big enough, the sanitary conditions are good, and the swimming pool is right outside the Mediterranean Sea.
The price was so affordable that I stayed for another night. The hotel's dinner was not a buffet but a menu. The taste was OK, but the portion was large. I was quite happy that there were no tourists in the off-season.
The room is very nice, the hotel is very quiet, the beach is beautiful, there are not many recreational facilities, suitable for lying down
The meals included are very good, and the Chinese stomach also finds them delicious. We drove by ourselves, and there were checks in and out of the hotel. It is an hour's drive from the Matruh attractions
Ctrip is really a rip-off. The more you book, the more expensive it is.

I recommend it at Matrouh.. Swimming pools, safe place, close to everywhere and reasonable price... Notice sometimes they have a fresh water problems... Ah... Forget about aqua park.. It's disaster 😩

Lovely place for family vacations..in my opinion the beau site has the best beach in matruh...staff is really friendly and polite..food really got better this year just hope they add more healthy options in lunch

The location is excellent and quiet, the beach is more than wonderful, the security staff are very humane, and the restaurant is not bad. The place deserves five stars.
Have been to Siwa twice before that, stopped at bus station didn't even hear about the beaches till my third visit

The hotel is generally good, the food is good, the rooms are big and clean, the beach is beautiful (even though waves were frequent and the swimming prohibited for a couple of days of our stay), but Italian people have special treatment comparing to other guests
We are currently in the hotel, the beach is as great as the Caribbean, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious
Also, the website advertise "kids club", but be aware that if you are not part of of the Italian travel agency, they will exclude your kids ("not available space" or "don't speak English")
They offer an Egyptian Night on Fridays, but for those who choose to do day/trips outside of resort (available only on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays), you will miss it (we did)
The only reason why I give a rating of 4 is because of the staff and animators, they only speak in Italian and all the programs are in Italian, as if we came to Italy
There are special towel cards for Italian guest, all animation is in Italian, they even have their own bracelets (orange) and all other guests have the blue ones

We loved the hotel location, the free access for the spa jacuzzi and steam room, the beach cleaness and services accompanied with the beach
The food quality and taste were below Jaz reputation, for 3 nights stay we noticed food recycling and food taste going down for the same item ( hash browns) and on Thursday dinner, most of the items taste were below average, only the grilled meat was nice, unfortunately they can make good food but can't maintain it We disliked the call center experience (several calls without answering), the removal...
The sea is perfectly blue and clean. We also enjoyed waves at the end of September so be prepared. The beach has gorgeous and soft sand
