What made our stay extra special this time was the amazing service from Sayed, the lifeguard, and his entire team. They were always ready to help, incredibly friendly, and truly made our stay even better

The rooms are excellent, clean, spacious and fully equipped. Everything here is just right. From service to facilities, it is complete. There is a reason we keep coming back for the fourth time

The only thing we could complain about is that a few bartenders very aggressively wanted more for a tip than we offered for each visit, even though we didn't require anything special

For the 4th time we returned to Pickalbatros Sands in Port Ghalib and that already says it all. This hotel remains the perfect place for us to truly relax and enjoy

The beaches are beautiful and well organized, with excellent towel service and bars conveniently located everywhere. The sea is crystal clear, ideal for relaxing or snorkeling

The pools are well kept, drinks are decent, and the sunset walks make everything even more special. Overall, a very positive experience for all of us

The best hotel i have ever been. All entartaiment his amazing, but Mario is the best. I think that the water taxi is very good idea. The location is supe. Roomster are very big and clean witj the view at marina. ❤️

A small hotel but very suitable for diving enthusiasts. You can spend a week and enjoy diving for 5 days. Every day you dive in a different place. The food is very good and the sleep is quiet

A very good place and very nice people and lots of activities to do. it's clean and comfortable chalets with amazing view. the rooms were very clean and me and my family had everything we needed

5 from 10 they have all what i need open buffet and snacks whenever I asked for extra cheap price with good quality it's so calm place few minutes walk to the marine between palms and flowers so it's stories time 😄 They have an amazing diving center #sambo it's my first time and surely not the last 💕

The beach is wide, with beautifully arranged and spacious sunbed areas—you’re not crowded together like in many other destinations

Because the hotel offers so many services and facilities, it's essential to familiarize yourself with the area thoroughly, as there's plenty to do, with many different places to eat, drink, swim in 2 warm pools and enjoy different attractions

Our stay at the OASIS hotel was wonderful for our family. I think it's better than the Palace hotel. The proximity of the beach, water park, and restaurants is a big plus for families with children

I stayed in room 2201, facing the pool, and every morning the staff handling towels were speaking very loudly to each other from a distance. Other than that, I definitely recommend this hotel

The only negative aspect I would mention is that some staff do not seem to realize that guests are resting in the morning. There is quite a bit of loud talking across the pool area

The staff is wonderful, always smiling🥰 both at the water park and on the beach! We highly recommend it to everyone!
