It was basic and bed was good and he offered us shower room in the last day after 5 PM But there was lack of maintenance as we had issues with the air conditioner and the bathroom and they didn’t solve it until I had a conversation with the owner and changed the room for me Then the other room had issues in the bathroom as well but it seems that they don’t invest in maintenance Prices are high in comparison to the location and the view as it’s back view only

This is my second stay in this hotel. The accommodation price is reasonable and the staff is very friendly and welcoming us in very decent way specially mr.joe. I highly recommend this hotel. The food quality was amazing and the restaurant service was great and overlooking the sea ,also they are 24/7 available having a varied menu. Ask for Mr.mohamed if you would like exceptional service he assisted us in having a trips and car with very special rates. The hotel location is very central and very cozy that made us feel home! We are definitely going back again.

A nice small hotel. My Husband, Bella (our pet) and I had a wonderful experience. Every staff member we encountered, from the reception to the restaurant and beach workers were friendly, delightful and eager to help! If you do not like dark bed sheets and towels, bring your own. Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Not recommended as the rooms were very old fashioned and not clean that the pillows smelled like feet. I have reported the case in the morning to the management who did absolutely nothing about it. Very over rated compared to the rest of the hostels in the area specially that the rooms are below average and no meals are included.

Not recommended... rooms are not clean and service is awful, food takes forever to arrive and when finally arrived it was ice cold, overpriced, and below average

Ghazalla café is awesome, delicious juices and aesthetic decorations, yet food is not recommended at all. Super expensive and tastes bad.
As for the hotel, a big massive no. Never liked it. Two chances and still I wouldn't go there even for free.

We were charged 800 Liras per day (small room for 2 ppl), which was relatively expensive.
The room was tiny and the sheets weren't very clean.
The worst part was the shower and toilet which were dirty and moldy. We stayed for 3 night in August and didn't have hot water even once 🤷♀️
That said, the owner and the guy in the reception were super nice and helpful 👍

Not professional not recommended
Very bad staff, they do not treat tourists respectfully, even the owner of the place is a very rude person,he does not respond to the complaints of customers, when we told him about one of the workers disturbed us
the only response was that I’m eating right now and I don’t want my food to get cold. I will solve your problems on another time.
Rooms are too small beds are so small beach not for swimming food is good but so expensive.
