To this day I regret having my wedding in this venue. Extremely overpriced, understaffed and above all, the most unwelcoming, greedy and inflexible owners. As a bride it was the worst nightmare to organize my wedding there. I am still embarrassed about the whole experience in front of my guests. I would not recommend this kind of experience to anyone. PS it is definitely not a 5 star hotel, more like bed and breakfast. Not even daily room cleaning is offered.

Although the location is nice, I must admit, this is far from a 5-star hotel (what booking.com and google say it is). There is very little service, and the owner-manager is not accommodating at all. We rented the full place for our wedding (all rooms, and dinner), and also the day before we rented most of the rooms. They showed no flexibility and the place is understaffed with people that have no background in the hospitality business. The serving staff of the restaurant is nice though.
Expect to drag your suitcases 100m over the gravel because they won't allow cars through the gate for some reason. But this is just one small example of a very long list of small things, as for example the check-in procedure. Some hand-written scrabble on a paper with a lady that hardly speaks English. No computer system in place whatsoever (also not for billing on rooms). Anyway, the accommodation is nice. Don't expect anything more than that. We were not allowed to do a tasting for our wedding - even after repetitive requests. Food was overpriced and some dishes were seriously missing taste. All of this would have been okay, if it were not for the managing owner who was impossible to deal with. Saying NO to everything - but with a cover-up smile. Very tiring mainly. And we had absolutely no strange or big requests. No hotel school background, can promise you that for 100%. She should give this task back to professionals really quickly for the sake of this place.
