Its a spa health centre with a nice choice of packages to relax, detox, lose weight. Plus wonderful nature, sea, coast, pine forest. A very nice and quiet place to relax and recharge your body and mind. Food options - a choice of buffet, or, if you are on detox or fitlap package,then you have a specia diat and eat in your area and at slightly different times from the buffet times, not to be tempted.

Everywhere is very clean, rooms, public areas, treatment rooms. Also outside, snow was cleared regularly, no rubbish anywhere. Thats Estonian thing, we like looking after our country, but as a contrast with the UK, you do notice and appreciate that.
The staff in the centre is extremely polite, friendly abd helpful. I run my own business and notice small things - this is a great one, adds a lot of value.

Disappointing experience – not recommended
I had high expectations, but this spa was a letdown. The staff were mostly unfriendly and spoke only Russian, making even simple communication and getting help difficult. When I had issues booking a bus ticket, reception refused to assist – I missed my bus because of this.
The hotel is clean but worn, rooms were hot and stuffy, and no fan was provided despite asking. Food was heavy, bland and lacked freshness – not what you expect from a wellness retreat. The spa treatments are overpriced (e.g. 70 min massage for 80€) and quite basic.
The swimming pool was nice, but no one was advised to shower before entering – unhygienic.
Overall, poor service, language barriers and weak wellness offering make this place hard to recommend, despite its good seaside location.

I liked outdoor swimming pool, very good for summer time. I liked the food three times a day, very tasty! Beautiful Beach and lighthouse nearby.

This hotel advertises as pet friendly but actually one dog which is under 10kg is allowed. Luckily there are plenty of other options.

Nice ,very quiet place, very good location. Close to the beach. Very Good for people of a certain age with a big choice of spa procedures.

It’s good but not so close to the sea. So I prefer another hotel on the beach. SPA is spectacular and the best I’ve ever seen. Breakfasts were great

Rooms ok. Family room big enough incorporating a bunk bed. Clean enough, but the bathroom shower curtain is far too long for the tub. Only one gel dispenser. Heated floor and towel rail. Room temperature good and u can open windows. Outside pool opens in Spring. We went in off-season, so there was plenty of room in facilities. Breakfast is adequate and was included in the price. Dinner or Supper was expensive for what was on the menu. The 4th restaurant didn't try. Car parking was ok but was covered in ice, which was dangerous to walk on a slope with bags and kids. Staff don't speak English, so if you don't speak Russian here, you may struggle. The sea is a stones throw away but was frozen when we were there. Staff are generally quite miserable on the whole.

Very good food with surprises in menu. Food is fresh. Staff is very friendly and can suggest you the best. Good wine list. Place is cozy and well accessible. We eat smoked macerel and food was nice surprise.

Negative points first: the room was really outdated and the bathroom didn't even have separate taps for the bathtub and sink.
Despite this, it was a nice experience staying here. The receptionist was able to explain to us in English the main facilities and provide relevant information. Note that this place heavily caters to Russian-speaking guests, this is also reflected in the breakfast buffet selection which was excellent by the way.
FYI The spa has three saunas and one steam bath, there is one indoor and one heated outdoor pool.
