Where to stay in Haapsalu

The place is stunning especially if you got the room from the sea side, spa is small but it’s got all the features, hot steam, Finnish sauna, long pool,and cafe near where you swim. Absolutely great stay for me :)

We got here just before the sunset and enjoyed a nice walk around the property area. Rooms were ok but overall our stay was really good. The SPA was just great: just a note - when there is the what you call "quiet SPA", ensure this is also respected by the people, it was rather noisy when we were there. My rating is based on emotions we got staying here with family, and services we enjoyed. You must expect that it is *** hotel, therefore keep your expectations not as high as for **** and ***** star hotel. Place nice and clean. Clean hotel, Nice beach, buffet food’s salads were the same for 3 days, water in the spa was not so warm as I imagined. We rent bicycles - 15 minutes to the Promenaadi.

Nice view, great outside pool and spa. But the pools didn’t look very clean so I just enjoyed the outside views from the pool. A lot of people as well. Hard to find a chair to sit and sunbath. Breakfast was nice and they had an option for a dinner as well. Room was not the best. Good place at all, next to the beach.

Fantastic experience in Fra Mare, as usual! We are visiting this resort for the last 20 years and it is always a nice and relaxing holiday. I liked the outdoor swimming pool, breakfast and dinner were very good. Nice terrace and location. Two hot saunas, others were warm. But we had a really pleasant time with family.

Had to find a plce to stay for one night in Haapsalu. Alittle before 9pm, drove straight to the hotel without reservation, hoping there is enough rooms avalable. OK hotel, not the best in Haapsalu but for one night, good, new part of building has a view straight to sea, so nice view is there. Very nice view over the bay from the balcony. Big enough rooms, though a bit too basic. Great breakfast on a big terrace with a lot of choises.

Basic, clean accommodation in a great, quiet location. Dogs welcome. Fridge for your own snacks. Shared shower room. Affordable basic breakfast available. Lovely, warm service from the host. We will definitely stay again.

Considering the price, just 5/5. Nice host, clearly hunting crazy. A big plus is the common living area on the terrace, fridge, kettle and even coffee/tea:) The rooms are clean.

If you are planning a hunting trip to Estonia, this is an excellent choice.

There were not a lot of rooms, so the turn was not a problem but the shower was not drain well.if you are not with your own car, the transportation may be a problem. We came by bus to the city center and then take a bus to the place. during the day there are buses (not very frequently) but I do not know the price. It should not be a lot...

A few spent hours in Haapsalu. Masterpiece historical villa. Well preserved. Feast for the eyes. Place to stay in. On our bucket list.
