The bed was exceptionally good! Breakfast was good and served in a beautiful dining room.

Delightful small hotel. Air-conditioned room was definitely a plus. Would gladly stay there again.

Lovely modern hotel in an old building. Fantastic hotel highly recommended. Was a little surprised that the bar closed as early as 10.00pm on a Saturday night (there were plenty other options for a drink nearby). Was particularly impressed with the breakfast. The pancakes were excellent and I have never had the option of ice cream with pancakes for breakfast before. Highly recommended.

Beautifully designed, welcoming staff and a great location for exploring the old town

Viljandi is a very small town. The hotel is very nice and in a good location. The room is comfortable with lots of space. I was disappointed that they wanted to charge 50 euros to check in before 3 pm although rooms were available when we arrived at 1:30.

Visited Viljandi for two days and decided to stay in this hotel. Hotel is situated on the 3rd floor of a shoppin centre. Theres a dood to the staircase and elevator right next to the entrance of the shopping mall. And you cal also reach the hotel from inside the mall, Youll have firstly go to the second floor and then separate stairs to the third. Theres also a big parking placec next to the building...

Awesome little multilevel mall with a cinema, shops and supermarket under 1 roof.

Good shops many telephony shops, clothes shops, household goods, chemist etc. and of course Selver supermarket.

Shopping centre, restaurant and hotel at same building. Children have playing spot at the second floor. Building has elevators and is easily acessible with wheelchair/childrens pram.

Briefly: comfort, silence, hospitality of the staff, rich and varied breakfast.

Rooms are dated and tired. Rugs are worn and reception stops working at 7pm. Breakfast in the morning is sad.

The hotel has an excellent location. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was varied and the food tasty (although it is probably better to arrive early, not during the last breakfast hour). All in all, would recommend and revisit.

Excellent Hotel, Walk Anywhere Young lady at front desk is wonderful. Very professional, courteous, helpful, warm and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is great. Off the main road but definitely walking distance to everywhere. Cook was sick but they still put on a decent spread for the breakfast - kudos.

Good breakfast, easy parking, clean.

Great hotel, amazing breakfast, good location. The only bad thing was I was in a single room and the bed was too small. No AC as well. Everything else was perfect.

Such a beautiful place. Comfortable beds, everything was very clean. Delicious breakfast! Near the beach. Personal was very friendly and helpful. Will visit again!

Fantastic place, great getaway with a lake for swimming across the parking lot. Got a bit noisy as it's near a playing field but that was done at a very reasonable hour

Great property near the lake. Our room was a nice size with a view towards the lake. Friendly staff and good breakfast. It's a bit of a walk downhill from the city center, but very picturesque area. If you don't have a car (we didn't) be prepared to walk uphill 5-10 minutes for restaurants, shopping, entertainment and the bus station. I don't know about Uber/taxi options - we are walkers so just walked...

Would definitely recommend. Very cozy place. Clean, quiet and in a nice neighbourhood. Choice of breakfast was wide and appetite was filled.
