The staff that organises the conferences is exquisite. The buffet for breakfast/lunch delicious. The restaurant pretty good too and I was told that the massage at the spa was worth it. However, the rooms and other parts of the building are a bit run down. There is so mich the staff can do without proper maintenance. Also we had a gas leak issue that management did not take very seriously. You will need a taxi to go out for dinners etc.

Convenient location, but the hotel is getting very dated and not a particularly good value proposition, also no bottled water in the room. Friendly staff.

I travelled with my sister and our experience was spectacular and beyond words. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and accommodating especially as a vegan, and the location of our room was the best (the room was a little dark during the day for my liking but, still very clean and calm). We had gorgeous mountain view and it was still close to the restaurant, pool, spa, and reception. The facilities are outstanding, and I would definitely come back again with the rest of my family.

Novotel Nadi- Great staff who are friendly and Make you feel welcomed But this is an old hotel that needs a facelift. Air con isn’t that great had to ask for a fan.
The lock on door needs fixing as well as soapbox.
Otherwise I believe it’s the friendly staff and maintenance staff that make this place what it is

Staff were so friendly and welcoming. The welcome bottle of red wine and note was unexpected, very happy about that. Room service was great but took all day to do so could not enter the room until 1630hrs. Air-conditioning was fantastic, kept the room cool. Two mornings we had no hot water which was odd. Restaurant service and food great, although breakfast was not hot and not replaced when it ran out in a timely manner.

The room was spacious and comfortable while the view from the balcony of the mountains were cherry on the icing. Staffs were really friendly and room service wonderful. However, as my stay was inclusive of paid breakfast, the option for a vegetarian was fairly poor. Having the amount of money paid and just having bread and butter or corn flakes isn't a worthy deal for me. So if the hotel is taking paid breakfast with stay then hopefully a worth while brekkie for vegetarians.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception as well as in the restaurant were welcoming, attentive, and made sure I felt at home. The room was clean, comfortable, just wish there were cutleries in the room for when I had room service. Other than that room was clean and spacious.
The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area, and the on-site facilities, like the restaurant and pool—were top-notch. Breakfast had a great variety and was fresh and delicious.
