The lack of sheets and the additional cost was surprising for a 24/7 accommodation. The kitchen was poorly equipped. Coffee and tea should be included for this price.
The extra (read expensive) bed linen ordered in advance was missing from the apartment. I had to call for it. It was arranged quickly.
Taking a sauna was a nice extra treat, because there was no hot water in the apartment. Yes, two adults washed themselves with ice-cold water from the heat of the sauna, so thank God there were no children with them. Would the terraced house apartment have an unnecessarily small hot water heater and one for everyone??
