Loved the cabin in the woods the staff were lovely and the breakfast was perfect will definitely be back
Wow simply fantastic from start to finish
The a best hotel chain in finland
It never fails
The staff is brilliant. Hotel is nice and it haves a nice spa
Kokonaisuutena tosi mukava majoituspaikka. Erinomainen aamiainen. Ainoa hieman harmittamaan jäänyt asia oli, kun kuntosali aukeaakin aamulla vasta klo 10 (oli tarkoitus mennä sinne hikoilemaan ennen aamiaista, mutta nyt se ei onnistunut).
We loved staying here in one of the log cabins! Very accommodating staff with lots of facilities. Restaurants and breakfast were wonderful and loved exploring the surrounding area. Only downsides would be the spa area - water very cold small pool more ideal for children than adults. Also the hotel charges entry for music / club nights which is discouraging.
I don't often return to places as I want to see the world but I will definitely be coming back here. The nature, peace and serenity the log cabins provided are top notch. You can get all you need from the market walkable across the street. The only thing is watch how heavy your luggage is if you are not driving. The walk to cabins is long in snow. Doors here are also a bit tricky but the scenery, vibe...

unfortunately disappointed by the fact that the roof wasnt all clear. almost half were covered with snow and when asked, the reception said that the roof could be malfunctioning so nothing could be done. it really ruins the vibe considering the major reason we chose the place was for a clear night sky view
If you are looking for watching northern lights in glass igloo, don’t choose here. The lights around igloo are too bright and surrounded around so lowering the chances. Also the facilities and space in igloo are not good enough with its price. The normal room with sauna is good though.
The breakfast is also not so good in considering its price.
The room is good but there is no elevator, we had lower floor room so it’s quite trouble for all of us to carry big luggages down to the room. Restaurant at hotel is nice but long waiting time for the orders.
Amazing hotel, clean, great location and the staff are fantastic. Really made us feel welcome. Rooms are big, have lovely views and the sauna is great after a long day out in the snow. Would definitely stay here again.
I've been here for several nights. The rooms are big enough, comfortable and with sauna of course. Service is very nice, comunicative and professional. The food is very delicious and prepared with passion for cooking. Location is good if you want to hunt for polar lights, have a ride with huskies, reindeer, skiing. If you want to stay in Lapland, this is the spot.
The place is in a great location, able to see the northern lights from the room

Lovely stay as a treat for my partner's birthday. The "igloo" had everything we needed and was warm and comfortable. Just a few steps away from the bottom of the ski slopes and only a short walk to the supermarket in town. We didn't get to see the aurora, but still a magical experience to sleep under the stars.
The best in every aspect. It's definitely worth a visit and stay. We stayed there for 2 nights in room No5, on November 24-26,and luckily enjoy aurora borealis on the bed. What an incredible experience.
I had a wonderful stay! The place was just like the pictures — clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the supermarket was just a short walk away. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept so well every night. On clear days, I could even see the Northern Lights from my room without stepping outside. It was such a magical experience! Highly recommended...
We stayed during October for 2 days. Everything was perfect. All of the thing inside the apartment was perfect quality :) There was no one in the reception even it says it’s open during specific hours :(
Such a fantastic place to stay, the rooms were beautiful and well equipped, the member of staff that we met at reception was great and so helpful as we’d just arrived in Pyhä too. It was great to be able to use the sledges and take the kids to the slopes after the skiing had stopped. We enjoyed the visit to the hot tub too, very easy and convenient to take your own food/drink. Would stay here again...
Very high standard, room clean, cosy and with designed features, Iittala dinnerware and comfy beds. The very nice and serviceminded hostess Virpi greeted us in person despite the late hour making sure we settled for the night. Located 50 meters from the slope and lift. Extra extra plus for the late check out on Sunday, gave us an extra day in the slopes!
