Very nice old style hotel. It is very good condition and all were new inside.

Excellent hotel...superb location and very warm and helpful staff. We requested vegetarian food and they helped us with it. The receptionist us with our bags and also with the rooms. Very nicely appointed rooms and well lit. For us Indians it is a place worth staying. For a small town in Finland the service we got was excellent.

We arrived quite late and the staff were very accommodating (even taking us to our room). Information was clear about breakfast, check out, and local transport. The room itself was lovely - comfortable bed, warm shower; they even had bathroom products by Rituals which felt very fancy. It was reasonably priced and perfect for our stop over. Lastly, the breakfast was good - a fair few vegetarian options...

A very pleasant place. Friendly staff. Cozy room, good breakfast. The restaurant has delicious food and good service. We took lunch and dinner, everything was very pleasant.

Hotel's location was very nice. There were very good restaurants a walking distance away, as well as a grocery store and a mall. Staff was also very friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was nice. Last time we were having dinner with a bigger group everything went smoothly and the food was really good from the starters, maincourse and desert.

The hotel was in a good location and the parking area in the backyard was spacious. There was no individual cooling in the room, but fortunately the room was not too warm. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was average. A small minus regarding the TV channel selection, in the room you could only see channels 1, 2, 3, 4, Ava and Sub.

Conveniently located close to restaurants and grocery stores. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant is very good. The room has a fridge and there are microwaves in the common area.

Little options for breakfast. And main ones are omelette (which was smelly every day) and porridge (that is made with water, not milk, and has a weird smell / taste as well). Gym is little, best you can do there is cardio. In general okayish, but it must be a 3-star hotel, not 4-star as declared.

Great hotel, stayed there once before too. It says the hotel has air conditioning, but the room we were in didn't, so it was a very hot night.

Good beds. Easy access from the center of the city. Clean rooms. Cheap.

As it says in title B&B, you get bed and breakfast. I asked for milk/lactose free breakfast but was given margarine containing milk protein and little lactose and I was in pain for the next two weeks. Friendly staff and clean rooms. If you suffer food allergies ask to check breakfast ingredients beforehand.

Great spot, nice city. Be sure to have your European camping card on you for quite some discount.

Tenting ground was very wet after rain but the cottage was fine.

Great campsite, good toilets, great showers and sauna. Staff helpful, pitches large. Hired bikes and cycled to the town centre which was lovely. Great value for money, decent campsite.

Invavessa vastaanottorakennuksessa ja suihkutiloissa. Pyykkitupa, keittiö. Kaupat lähellä. Haparandan Ikeassa oli edullista, ihan muuten asiasta kolmanteen. :-)
