I had an excellent superior room with a view to the river and enjoyed a good sleep after the sauna. Breakfast is very nice, too and the staff is friendly.

On a hot summer day, the temperature in the room was unbearable, no air conditioning... just wanted to get out of there quickly.

Good standard Scandic hotel. Breakfast was nice, typical Scandic breakfast. The rooms were nice, typical Scandic style. But unfortunately they were very hot now during summer because there were no airconditioning. We had a room on the fourth floor with a view towards the small canal.

The Scandic brand gives you guaranteed standards wherever you go. The hotel in Rauma, well located for the old town and with free parking, is a bog-standard offering and nothing to write home about. It felt like a regional hotel trying to pretend to be something better. Rooms are identical, but paying a supplement will get you a few extras such as bathrobes, a higher floor and tea and coffee facilities...

Simple hotel, cozy and comfortable, the sauna is also very good.

A bit oldish and simple rooms. Bathrooms are renewed and beds were amongn the best ones I've slept. No ironing board or iron in rooms. Good breakfast and free parking.

Good location, quiet hotel, rooms are ok size. Value is standard of this side of Finland. My room was clean and it has minifridge. Sauna area was clean and updated recently. Service was good and flexible. Breakfast was decent and I did not miss anything. Parking was free. Ac you have to manually switched on.

Deluxe accomodation for a fair price. Especially was thrilled to have excellent air conditioning on this very very hot summer!!! Massive TV I will enjoy tonight! Might try sauna tomorrow despite the hot weather outside!

We liked this hotel. We had room with balcony and enough space. Beds were comfortable and parking is free on the street. The best was breakfast that is open until 12pm. Morning was a little bit noisy.

Excellent location close to Rauma old town, very friendly staff at the reception, not so “customer oriented” at breakfast. Room spacious, clean, but outdated. Breakfast mediocre, but in a way has everything you need. Inexpensive overall, parking also included in price. Overall a good place to stay in Rauma.

Our room was very good and we got very good service (breakfast and help with our stay by the personnel). Parts of the hotel could be renovated (carpets near the stairs), but overall the condition is good. Nice large window wall on the first floor with view of the park across the street.

A cozy hotel next to Old Rauma A nice medium class hotel almost next to the Old Rauma area and a cozy sports bar (that wasn't too noisy or crowded) with very helpful and positive waitresses and pub food downstairs. Breakfast was plentiful, including both warm and cold sorts.

Five mins walk from old town Rauma. Good breakfast, and even single rooms have wide comfy beds. Plenty of parking space.

Had a big room with a nice bed and renovated bathroom. very clean and a short walk to the old town. easy parking in the back of the hotel. lots of food options in town. Breakfast was only fair, so that could use improvement. Furniture starting to show age for price. We only stayed one night, so thought it was fine.

Comfortable Very large comfortable room, spacious and clean with good kettle and choices of teas, but no fresh milk. Good bathroom, decent breakfast. The staff were very helpful especially as we turned up a little early and they still allowed us into our room

Well located place Nice place, walking distance from every tourists spots. Easy check-in. Cleanliness of classes in room could definitely be better but test is ok

It’s a budget hotel for sure. There is no A/C in a room, a little bit of dirt on the walls, not such a big choose from the buffet breakfast (but it’s for sure enough of everything). Only few steps from the old town. Customer service is limited and you need to call another hotel to discuss anything in the evening.

The hotel is perfectly fine, its design reminds me of a dentist's office. No teeth were pulled here. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. As a foreigner, it is worth asking them to call a taxi, because otherwise this is almost impossible.

By no means a luxury hotel, Vanha Rauma offers clean, comfortable rooms in a central location. Staff are great, breakfast is tasty and fresh. The hotel has a small car park but there is plenty of free parking on-street nearby. Added bonus : the hotel’s Kalatori restaurant is excellent. I’d definitely stay here again.

Nice Boutique Hotel in Old Town Rauma near the old church ruin, with large good rooms and nice bathroom. The staff is friendly and the hotel serves a decent breakfast. A good choice for your stay in Rauma. They also have a private parking space for your car

A hotel in Rauma that breathes the atmosphere of old times. Yes, everything was better before and that also applies to hotels in a excellent location. In a hotel room, old-time dignity in a good way. Window sills and sturdiness in furniture. The windows have good awnings and lots of windows that can be opened because there is naturally no air conditioning. All this beats modern nonsense. Hotel is located at the edge of Raum’s charming old town (somehow when booking I got the impression that is located in one of the wood heritage buildings which is not the case). We had a superior room which was very spacious and tasteful furnished. Small, but good breakfast, free parking behind the hotel.

Well situated next to the old wooden city part.

Pitstip on way from Espoo to Vaasa to fried, birthday party. Great location at World Heritage Vanha Rauma. Extremely frienky staff, room upgraded on arrival. Spacious, modern room. Fresh and tasty breakfast. Strong recommendation! The hitel and Vanha Rauma!
