Excellent hotel in old Rauma, lovely and clean. Great staff

The service and people are lovely. The rooms are well done and the beds are very comfortable. The location is great. I highly recommend this hotle.

Solid 3-star hotel. Excellent location right where the old town starts. Friendly and helpful service. Solid breakfast with no surprises. Lots of free parking space around. A nice tiny indoor play corner for kids.

The rooms were ok. The beds are very different from what I expect, as an American, and I had a hard time sleeping. The showering being over the toilet was surprising but it worked and I manage not to make a mess. Being in old town though, I wanted the exterior to be like many of the other older building. The exterior is actually more like 70s art deco style in America. The staff were always friendly...

The rooms are clean, nice but smallish. The location in the center of town is great. The breakfast is fabulous: fresh fruit including berries, fresh baked breads, vegan items, many good cereals, cooked meats, and porridge.

Wonderful small hotel in the center of old Rauma. Nice breakfast and clean comfortable rooms. In this day and age, air conditioning would be a welcome addition but otherwise very comfortable. Lighter bedding for the summer would also be appreciated.

It’s a budget hotel for sure. There is no A/C in a room, a little bit of dirt on the walls, not such a big choose from the buffet breakfast (but it’s for sure enough of everything). Only few steps from the old town. Customer service is limited and you need to call another hotel to discuss anything in the evening.

The hotel is perfectly fine, its design reminds me of a dentist's office. No teeth were pulled here. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. As a foreigner, it is worth asking them to call a taxi, because otherwise this is almost impossible.

Considering the size of the hotel, breakfast was excellent. Everything was tasty and fresh.

There is few elc. Sockets in room. For phone and computer you have to share it. Lighting needs to change to Led bulbs. Breakfast is ok for that money. Rooms are clean.

Triple room facing main road so can be noisy at times. Room was quite warm in Aug as no air con. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

Excellent location close to Rauma old town, very friendly staff at the reception, not so “customer oriented” at breakfast. Room spacious, clean, but outdated. Breakfast mediocre, but in a way has everything you need. Inexpensive overall, parking also included in price. Overall a good place to stay in Rauma.

Our room was very good and we got very good service (breakfast and help with our stay by the personnel). Parts of the hotel could be renovated (carpets near the stairs), but overall the condition is good. Nice large window wall on the first floor with view of the park across the street.

Five mins walk from old town Rauma. Good breakfast, and even single rooms have wide comfy beds. Plenty of parking space.

older building with some updates. Had a big room with a nice bed and renovated bathroom. very clean and a short walk to the old town. easy parking in the back of the hotel. lots of food options in town. Breakfast was only fair, so that could use improvement. Furniture starting to show age for price. We only stayed one night, so thought it was fine.

Comfortable Very large comfortable room, spacious and clean with good kettle and choices of teas, but no fresh milk. Good bathroom, decent breakfast. The staff were very helpful especially as we turned up a little early and they still allowed us into our room

A few minutes' walk from the town centre The hotel is located a few minutes' walk from Rauma's historical town centre and parking is free (there's a car park at the back of the hotel). Breakfast was included in the price of the room and was good. The room (201) was a good size but had no view and looked onto the building next door so it was a little on the dark side. The bed and pillows were comfortable...

Service was good, but I guess they rebuilding some parts so it a bit of a construction site.

Nice place good beer but hot alcohol

Hyvä hotelli erinomaisella sijainnilla. Good hotel in an excellent location. Private entrance possible. Great big communal sauna in winter months on Wednesdays and Fridays. In the summertime every day and evening. Sauna can be heated anyday if a group of at least 6 ask for it in advance.

Typical Finish food. Perfect quality.

We came for coffee and desserts and they really surprised us! Come try for yourself. The place is also very interesting with many different little cosy corners.

My university paid the venue so I can't say anything about price, but food was delicious and service was really friendly!

Considered one of the fine dining restaurants in Nystad (Uusikaupunki), the Gasthaus Pooki features a full menu with good beer and fine wine in a lovely interior. During spring and summer, the outdoor garden is lovely with a bar where you can conveniently order your favorite beverage. Very interesting hotel. Been there two nights. Near by the bay. Strange was for me that everything was closed before 5pm. Hotel and bar was cloesed about 10 pm. Good breackfasts. Clean on rooms

The seminar hall was big. But toilet walls and design of the house in general was old. Restaurant colors were old. But its ok. Maybe its inexpensive in thos case.

Uusikaupunki is really a nice location and to enjoy there I recommend this hotel.

It's okay given the part of country it's located. Rooms are okay and neat however lights are too dim as per my preference. Curtain was broken in my room, they made some kind of jugaad, added one more mismatch curtain to make it work. Stayed only a night so no comments on restaurant and other facilities.

Amado Pori Hotellissa todennäköisesti oli tilaa, mutta saimme huoneen, jonka näkymä oli n. 20m päässä oleva kivitalon seinä. Toisellapuolella olisi ollut miellyttävä puistonäkymä. WC/suikutilassa erittäin kankeasti toimivat hanat. Bide-suikun puuttuminen tänä päivänä iso miinus. Varustelu siinä erittäin vanhaa. Henkilöjunta ystävällistä.

The breakfast was good. There was a kettle in the room so we could enjoy tea.

Staff was very accommodating & pleasant. Room was very clean. Beds comfortable. I did have a lot of unplugged wiring in my room & lights by bed were burned out. Except for those items, my stay was great.

This hotel needs a new makeover, especially the restaurant and for breakfast, it needs more variety of food.

Rooms rather basic but clean and welcoming. UK style breakfast has room for improvement but if you are into a continental style start to the day excellent selection of cheeses and cold meats.

Huone ja aamiainen olivt tavanomaisia mutta riittäviä. Kävelymatkan päässä torista. Takapihan parkkipaikka hiukan huonosti löydettävissä pääsisäänkäynnistä katsoen nurkan takana, mutta auto mahtui sinne vielä myöhään illalla.

The top neat whole, leaving second the so-called better hotels. Room specific air source heat pump with controls quite a luxury. The only drawback in the room is the lack of a clothes rail with hangers.

They don't change the bedsheets, but good place to stay .

Nice and cosy hotel in the very center of Pori. Clean and quiet rooms. Microwave oven, fridge and water boiler were a huge bonus.

I lived here for my exchange period. Nice place to meet a lot of other students. Rooms are ok.

Very good and nice personnel when checking in. Getting keycard was a nice and easy process. The room was also what I expected plus covid-19 was noticed in every way from the cleaning to sanitizers.

Good for someone who stays for a longer time. Access to kitchen and doing your laundry. Coffeemaker, micro and small fridge in room. Comfty pillows and beds, but as the "feeling of a hotel" it gets a 2+
