Excellent hotel in old Rauma, lovely and clean. Great staff

The service and people are lovely. The rooms are well done and the beds are very comfortable. The location is great. I highly recommend this hotle.

Solid 3-star hotel. Excellent location right where the old town starts. Friendly and helpful service. Solid breakfast with no surprises. Lots of free parking space around. A nice tiny indoor play corner for kids.

The rooms were ok. The beds are very different from what I expect, as an American, and I had a hard time sleeping. The showering being over the toilet was surprising but it worked and I manage not to make a mess. Being in old town though, I wanted the exterior to be like many of the other older building. The exterior is actually more like 70s art deco style in America. The staff were always friendly...

The rooms are clean, nice but smallish. The location in the center of town is great. The breakfast is fabulous: fresh fruit including berries, fresh baked breads, vegan items, many good cereals, cooked meats, and porridge.

Wonderful small hotel in the center of old Rauma. Nice breakfast and clean comfortable rooms. In this day and age, air conditioning would be a welcome addition but otherwise very comfortable. Lighter bedding for the summer would also be appreciated.

Considering the size of the hotel, breakfast was excellent. Everything was tasty and fresh.

Nice, small and quiet hotel with a parking space near by. Everything is at walking distance.

Triple room facing main road so can be noisy at times. Room was quite warm in Aug as no air con. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

Excellent location close to Rauma old town, very friendly staff at the reception, not so “customer oriented” at breakfast. Room spacious, clean, but outdated. Breakfast mediocre, but in a way has everything you need. Inexpensive overall, parking also included in price. Overall a good place to stay in Rauma.

Our room was very good and we got very good service (breakfast and help with our stay by the personnel). Parts of the hotel could be renovated (carpets near the stairs), but overall the condition is good. Nice large window wall on the first floor with view of the park across the street.

Five mins walk from old town Rauma. Good breakfast, and even single rooms have wide comfy beds. Plenty of parking space.

older building with some updates. Had a big room with a nice bed and renovated bathroom. very clean and a short walk to the old town. easy parking in the back of the hotel. lots of food options in town. Breakfast was only fair, so that could use improvement. Furniture starting to show age for price. We only stayed one night, so thought it was fine.

Comfortable Very large comfortable room, spacious and clean with good kettle and choices of teas, but no fresh milk. Good bathroom, decent breakfast. The staff were very helpful especially as we turned up a little early and they still allowed us into our room

A few minutes' walk from the town centre The hotel is located a few minutes' walk from Rauma's historical town centre and parking is free (there's a car park at the back of the hotel). Breakfast was included in the price of the room and was good. The room (201) was a good size but had no view and looked onto the building next door so it was a little on the dark side. The bed and pillows were comfortable...

Good standard Scandic hotel. Breakfast was nice, typical Scandic breakfast. The rooms were nice, typical Scandic style. But unfortunately they were very hot now during summer because there were no airconditioning. We had a room on the fourth floor with a view towards the small canal.

The Scandic brand gives you guaranteed standards wherever you go. The hotel in Rauma, well located for the old town and with free parking, is a bog-standard offering and nothing to write home about. It felt like a regional hotel trying to pretend to be something better. Rooms are identical, but paying a supplement will get you a few extras such as bathrobes, a higher floor and tea and coffee facilities...

One night stay on a business trip. Hotel room was basic and clean. No kettle in the room. Hotel sauna was really good, hair conditioner would be nice addition! Simple meny on hotel restaurant but food was really tasty. Breakfast very good also. Would not come here on a romantic trip but for other occations hotel is good option

Simple hotel, cozy and comfortable, the sauna is also very good.

Clean, modern rooms. Old building and common areas probably built in 60-70s. Small restaurant where breakfast is. Nice view to city and canal. Close to old Rauma city, in walking distance. Currently road work on entrance but drive to hotel is permitted. Free parking in lot.

A bit oldish and simple rooms. Bathrooms are renewed and beds were amongn the best ones I've slept. No ironing board or iron in rooms. Good breakfast and free parking.

We liked this hotel. We had room with balcony and enough space. Beds were comfortable and parking is free on the street. The best was breakfast that is open until 12pm. Morning was a little bit noisy.

Very clean and friendly staff.

Miia and I had a wonderful experience here. Highly recommend this hotel. Will come back again.

The staff are great and helpful. The hotel is perfectly fine, just a bit shabby/dated (but fine for the price point) - except for the very cool, very modern sauna on the lower floor! It’s extremely well designed, brand new, and no one was using it when I was there which was nice. Location is walkable to Old Town and there is a funky and cool neighborhood park across the street as well as the Maritime...

Clean, cool (on a hot summerday) and quiet place to sleep for thode who do not need other service. Good location. Comfy beds.

Clean and comfortable, but a bit warm during summer (no air-conditioning).

Place to sleep but few basic things missing:sauna would be great and tv is useless because it's not working.

It was a nice hotel with everything we needed for one night, but nothing special, therefor only 4 stars.

Clean, low privacy, no kitchen, no laundry. As a, place to sleep is good enough

Beautiful small island with soothing waves breaking the rocky shores. Breakfast was good enough. Nothing special, nothing bad either.

One fascinating place to visit and see in Finland.

Exceptional friendly staff, beautiful nature spot, lots of birds to see, great food and comfy beds

It was an interesting place to visit. Lots of vegetation and flowering plants. The remains of the old radio antenna and azimuth directional system were still intact. The shop was nice, but small. The coffee was good and the service prompt and friendly. Worth the time and travel distance.

Wonderful place - a unique experience! Enjoy the peace and the nature. explore the small Island wit open eyes and you'll discover so much - It will take hours! The dinner was wonderful (fish and the vegetarian dish) - one of the best we have had in last years when visiting Finland (we return every year) . Price compared to quality and service was absolutely ok. GO and enjoy.

Free guidance and a perfect weather... A wonderful experience... A bit expensive especially the food.

This must be the best camp site I have ever been to. Several restaurants and bars, great great pizza, jungle juice, a tropic bar on a sandy beach, all spots with max 5 meters to the water👍, short cycle or walking distance to a very nice Rauma old town.

Lovely scenery and good services (e.g. beach, boat cruises to nearby islands, restaurants, Rauma city center) nearby. Only bigger minus was that the otherwise nice, sandy beach had quite a bit of sea weed which our kids didn't like at all. Luckily there's a rather nice heated (26 C) outside pool nearby at extra cost. Visited there in end of July.

Great first impression with welcoming staff. Great place for family and dog friendly. Were able to park campervan right next to beach. Very clean toilets and showers, common sauna for use no charge. Would definitely visit again ☺️

Can't live up with the Advertisement. I was very disappointed. Not enough Toilets/Showers for all the people, so you have to wait in line for most of the time. It's kind of expensive. On site food is very expensive, too. The beach isn't that nice either, lots of algae. I've been to so many nice places and camping grounds in Finland, wouldn't recommend this one.

A charming, different accommodation 10 minutes' drive from the center of Rauma. A manor-like building in the middle of a beautiful field landscape. Stylish interior, friendly hosts, cows and sheep.W

A wonderful place to stay. A really nice host made us feel welcome.

Excellent base for visiting Rauma

I recommend. Cozy rooms and a country milieu. Good breakfast. Sauna on.Parkkipaikkoja can be found. A short distance to the center of Rauma, just 10 min. Easy to find perille.Kaunis piha.Isäntäpari helpful and told us the history of the house nicely.

The room was spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was very good, we had it on the terrace. The location is quite apart from the old city center, but relatively close to the seaside and to the harbor.

Very spacious gym, decent for powerlifting, bodybuilding, has some bumpers for oly lifting also. Generally quite quiet, doesnt take long to get the equipment you need. 1 x Texas dl bar 2 leoko power bars and power plates Only thing missing would be a deadlift Jack and combo rack

It was nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. The morning breakfast was nice. The beds were quite worn and could use some replacement

Simple rooms but clean and functional. Simple but good breakfast. Good gym although some days might get overcrowded. The bathroom water sometimes smells ugly

I only use the gym, but it is apparently a hotel as well. Gym is quite good, a lot of variety in the equipment and a lot of room.
