the hotel has a couple of issues. There is a Euro 85 cleaning charge not added until the end of the booking with the Euro 2.3 local tax so cannot compare prices. Not sure can justify Euro 85 anyway. Have to leave kitchen clean all items washed and put away. Strip beds and place linen and towels in laundry bag and take out rubbish,

Front desk is staff intermittently during day and no hotel staff available after 7pm There is no key controlled access so some security risk. I was disturbed by guests partying 2 nights until early hours of morning with far more people in room than booked for, but no one in hotel available to sort out and staff indifferent in morning when I complained.

Some rooms are very boring and bad lighting. Equipment and furniture old and not comfortable. Some balconies have sun beds, some dont. Spa and pool are great. It has a gym but with strict policies and old equipment. Can get also very busy at times. Great open view on the back side. Rooms on the right side of building hear music from the poolparty next door. Located at the front of the village and quick easy access to the village. Most is within walking distances. Parking garage available(extra cost) but outdoor parking can be very busy during peak season.

Very well run property in a wonderful village.

Do not stay here. We came home late one evening and our key was not working to enter the lobby. There was no concierge or security guard there at the time. They directed us to a neighbouring hotel to get a new key. We went back and tried the new key did not work. We were stuck outside the hotel in the middle of the night waiting for someone to exit so they could let us in. Finally after waiting for some time someone came out we complained at the concierge and all they told us was that they were aware of the problem. Also, at this hotel, there isn’t a cleaning service. You have to be your own cleaner and clean up after yourself when you leave even throwing out the garbage. This is not worth the cost. We only booked this because it was the very last option for us and we would never rebook this place again.

Perfect stay in Cap d'Agde
Excellent room in perfect condition. Nice quite location short walk from the sea and everything. This is our 3rd time in this hotel and we always satisfied

Excellent accomodation ideal location well equipped appartment. Pool & Sun terrace always kept clean as was whole property. Very friendly and helpful staff. I will return and would recommend.

The place is not a hotel. Requires guests to put their used linens and towels in plastic bag and also take the trash out

Layout of apartment poor. No main mirror, no kettle, ridiculous charge for change of towels, apartment not very clean, mattress hard

The apartment, staff and amenities were great, we loved the vacation here.
The only thing that really bothered us was the wind sound: during the high winds period the window kept whistling constantly. Maybe that can be improved.
