Fantastic location with stunning sea views. The rooms are spotless and maintained to the highest standard. The swimming pool is without doubt the cleanest I have ever seen, and the entire property feels exceptionally well cared for. Friendly and attentive service throughout. Lovely stay in Arcachon It's a lovely spot in Arcachon. It's close to the beach and the beach path. The hot pool/spa was a treat after days of travel.

Such a wonderful hotel, literally ON the beach in Arcachon. Rooms are beautiful, and even though we weren’t sea-side, we had a fabulous outlook over the old town. Bit of a hiccup when we arrived and were taken to a room that hadn’t been cleaned, but that was quickly smoothed over. And something lost in translation at lunch when they brought me a dish I hadn’t ordered, and the waitress didn’t seem best...

Of course the hotel needs renovation but the view is so beautiful from the breakfast room and the meals made by a chef are just delicious. Access to the beaches from the hotel is very pleasant. The welcome is warm. After renovation of the rooms, the hotel would be at the top.

Very nice hotel located right on the seafront promenade. Very nice staff with friendly attitudes. Rooms are clean and modern. Our superior room was located next to the lift, which was fine for us. Those who like it quieter they may find the lift doors annoying at night. A very nice breakfast is served daily although the dining area can feel packed out at busy times.

Fantastic cosy property on the beach! Wonderful staff ever ready to help, and really kind to talk to! Bruno was especially great and my bad for not noting down names of a couple of other people who were especially kind to us. Only watch out is finding a parking spot in the basement as the parking lot is not conducive to easy parking especially for mid sized cars and above

Good hotel at the beach. Excellent rooms and good breakfast - what more can you ask for. Parking a bit cumbersome involving apps that were not accessible unless your phone was registered in France and a couple of other countries... Good place to stay a day or two in an excellent location!

There was a construction site on the road in front of out window and one night rain flodded the elevator. So this could have been a way to ruin our vacation...but: the staff was so friendly and kind in many ways that we really enjoyed our stay. The location is really close to the sea :) the breakfast earned 5 stars too.

The staff was very welcoming. No beach view it was a garden room. It was easily accessible to the town and walking. Was also clean.

Family run hotel. Very warm welcome. Safe secure underground parking (€25 daily). Lovely clean, well appointed and furnished room with a terrace and sea/beach view. Breakfasts were good, plenty of choice and also on the rate we had available in our room at no extra cost. Centrally placed, easy to find and ideal for exploring Arcachon. We were very happy with our stay. Our room was large, clean, comfortable with a balcony and sea view. There is an unlimited supply of good quality teas, coffee and filtered water and a cosy lounge area. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location Is excellent for access to the port and town centre yet quiet for rest and relaxation .

This hotel deserves higher than a 3* rating! We arrived earlier than expected and asked could we park our Cark whilst we went for a walk. This is one of the best three star hotels I have ever been to. On arrival you were met at reception by friendly staff who have good information on the hotel, other restaurants and the area itself. The decor is fresh and bright, and there is an outside seating area. The room I had was small but fresh decor, light colours, clean and well laid out. The only issue with the room was that there was mold...

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding. The hotel was spotless inside, our executive room was just big enough and had a lovely sunny balcony. Location was great as was the pre-bookable parking. The only thing I want to comment on is the exterior of the side and back of the hotel needs a bit of modernisation.

Stayed here on a quick overnight stop in Arcachon. Lovely friendly and welcoming team who were very keen to help. Hotel is close to the main shopping area in Arcachon and close to the water. Parking at the hotel was easy but I did book it in advance. Good choices at breakfast. Overall, a very good experience.

This hotel was nice, quaint and the employees are all very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is beautiful and the decor is modern and good quality- our only problem was when we had a shower the water gathered and ran out of the (very modern) shower tray! The water ended up flowing out of the bathroom and into our room. We notified reception about this issue and they plan to look into it. This wouldnt put me off staying again however as its a great hotel in a fantastic location

I really enjoyed my stay as a solo traveller, though I wish they supplied your room with drinking water and glasses.

The hotel is not in a prime location but is a short walk from the station and the front (where I had breakfast every day). The hotel is a no frills 3 star place. I had a decent sized bedroom with a large bathroom. Nice and relaxed atmosphere (used the backdoor which was always open rather than traipsing through reception). Quiet room, comfortable bed and thorough daily housekeeping. Good value.

Check in was absolutely not allowed until 3:00 pm. Most hotels in the region have been flexible for early arrivals of 30- 60 minutes. Receptionist was quite abrupt. I doubt that they were facing a soldout condition. They did allow us to store our bags while we exploredthe area. Quite basic and dated. This was the odd hotel of our trip somehow. The rooms are really dated, small, a bit noisy in places. The staff was not particularly warm and just did their work, I didn’t feel welcomed. There are more stairs in this hotel than in all other places we went during our trip combined. The elevator didn’t seem to bring you to your floor but to a half floor only?

My advice is to get a beach view room. No other way. I didn't like how they only gave two towels. Bring your own towel so you can enjoy the pool and ocean. Great location. Definitely going back one day.

A 3-star hotel, built approximately 50-60 years ago. Nicely renovated, with the interior more impressive than the exterior. The rooms are small but comfortable. Located directly on the beach, about a 20-minute walk to the center of Arcachon. We haven’t tried breakfast.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was not a bad base in Archachon, an easy walk into town and to the ferry terminal. We opted and paid for the continental breakfast which was pretty basic, just coffee, juice and 2 pieces of bread (or 2 croissants). The hotel is starting to show its age but still has a level of charm.

We wanted to stay in the centre of Arcachon for a short weekend and are very glad we chose this hotel as it was excellent. The welcome was warm and friendly as was the service from beginning to end, the room and bathroom comfortable, clean, and stylish, and the breakfast was very good in a delightfully decorated and furnished room. An additional bonus was parking onsite. Thoroughly to be recommended

Hotel in top location in Arcachon with private parking and near to the station. Very good breakfast and variety of products. I would suggest to introduce some home fragrance products to further improve the well-being in the rooms.

A peaceful stay in the heart of the Winter Town. The residence is pleasant, very quiet, and well-located. You can do a lot (pedestrian streets, park, market, beach) by leaving your car in the residence's free parking lot, provided you're willing to walk a little. Excellent location‼️ Excellent location‼️ Really clean, comfy bed but a bit small for 2. It would have been better if the curtains were a bit more blackout. I don’t need nor want full blackout, but curtains that provided some darkness would have been nice.

The hotel's location is excellent. It is close to the beach to many restaurants, cafes, and shops. The area is safe and interesting. The hotel is small and clean. The staff is kind, ready to help and to give us directions. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Set in the heart of Arcachon, the La Pergola hotel is superbly situated. The rooms are small but very clean, the petit dejeuner is very good, and the service superb. For the visiting travellers it is well positioned for a good price for performance. If you find yourself in Arcachon, consider La Pergola as a base. Behind the hotel be about 3 blocks you can get the yellow #3 bus to the dunes.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, with quite new facilities and a good location with free parking. restaurants and boulangerie are within walking distance, and the beautiful beach is just a few minutes' walk away. The receptionist warmly welcomed us. The only drawback is that the paid breakfast selection isn't very extensive.

Great value. Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a very pleasant stay. I recommend Le Nautique highly. In Arcachon there is a good selection of restaurants. We took our bikes on the ferry to Cap Ferret and enjoyed the fine sand beaches there. Le Nautique was a great base from which to enjoy a variety of activities.

Hotel Nautic is close to the boat harbour and not so near the beach, but it is in a great location with many restaurants close by, a mini-market and an ATM. Swimming beach is about a ten minute walk along the waterfront which gives you a chance to admire some stunning Belle Epoque villas. We stay there for 2 nights and it was ok no more. There were not too many clients during our stay it was very calm. We had a bacony and a distant view of port. Located perfectly if you want to walk around or take some boats Good breakfast

A really friendly and quick welcome. The apartment is ideally located with a nice underground parking space. The only downside: it's partially flooded. The terrace overlooking the garden is large and lovely.

On the other hand, very outrageous in terms of hygiene, especially in times of health crisis: sofas and blankets soaked in grease stains, sticky wrists, cupboards with food stains ... The manager tells us during the inventory of fixtures that she is. aware but does nothing, limited management knowing...

Very good reception on the other hand the insulation is very bad when you are on the street side. To sleep it is very unpleasant. 2 minutes from the city center beach.

The apartment offers Wi-Fi access at a relatively low speed. But it helps.
