Premiere Classe Mini-hotel

Horrible service! Do not come here! We tried to save a few dollars tonight by getting an inexpensive motel. This is not the place to go to save your money!

We arrived late. There is only a computer to check in with, no person at all. We checked in, got a key and were assigned a room. When we arrived at our room, the door did not work. The battery in the lock was dead. We called the number posted on the front door. A man came to help us. We asked to be moved to another room with a working door (there were other options available at check-in). He said we could move when his colleague came in an hour. This was the first time the door to the motel room had been opened at all and we would not be permitted to change rooms for an hour! That would make it midnight. We took the room with the defective door so we could go to sleep. I'm extremely disappointed.

The rooms are small and the bathrooms are like an RV bathroom. You get one towel and a floor mat. One pillow on the bed and one on the shelf. My suitcase doesn't fit between the end of the bed and the wall. Tight quarters!

I had the misfortune of staying here for four nights while it was particularly hot in Normandy. With no air conditioning, sleeping at night was difficult. The bathroom was tiny. There was scalding hot water or cold water but no warm water. The internet was spotty. If the price were really cheap, I could understand but it wasn't. Breakfast was ok - warm croissants but the coffee from the machine was disgusting. The staff was very friendly. I would think long and hard before I stayed here again.

This room is even smaller than in the pictures. It was like being in a very old style, plastic caravan. People were noisy all night coming and going. The rooms are extremely hot with no option for fan, air con or even an open window to give some fresh air. No facilities to make drinks or keep drinks cool. We ended up leaving at 4am as we could not sleep. Not worth the money. Over rated. Staff were abrupt and will definitely not be visiting again. Not cheap either, for an extra €20 we could of had a much more luxurious room a few mintues walk into town.

Terrible reception, I was yelled at by a member of the staff who was displeased because I was not there at the proper hours... There is personnel only from 8 to11 am and 5 to 9 pm. The rest of the time you are welcomed by A Machine which when I was there was not in opérations!!! Hence my question for help from the cleaning staff. It is No Premier Classe but the lowest level of service I have ever had in over 40 years! Please avoid.

If you just require a clean bed for the night this place is fine. Very small room, small cubicle in corner of room for shower and toilet. However it is walkable to the beautiful town centre and harbour from here where there are numerous bars and restaurants. Cheap continental breakfast available in the Hotel. Ample parking available on site. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Be very very careful when paying. We were charged twice and we still have not been reimbursed by the hotel. I will not be using this hotel or the hotel chain again due to this.
