Great hotel in Megeve. Our apartment was very clean and modern with a great kitchenette. My only criticism of the room was that despite there being two bathrooms, there was only 1 toilet in a 2 bedroom and 1 sofa bed (6 people) apartment which was at times inconvenient. I think this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The shuttle drivers, front desk staff and cleaners were all going beyond the minimum with kindness & homeliness. This hotel is connected to the Hôtel l'Arboise just below. The Mamie was actually closed for the season, and we were upgraded to a suite at the Arboise!

The room was nice and the view was great. The breakfast was simple but filling. There are shuttle buses to the ski resort and the town at the foot of the mountain, every 20-30 minutes, and the drivers are very accommodating.

This is a nice hotel for a day, or maybe a few day stay in a good location. The hotel is in a great location 5 mins walk from both town and the cable car. The rooms are simple but clean and have everything you need. The welcome is very warm, the food is good and plentiful. Modern, clean, comfortable. 10 min walk to Rochebrune ski area, shuttle bus runs every 20 mins to the centre. It stops around 730pm so you need to walk back but it's a lovely walk. Supermarket is in town so if you don't have a car, make sure you time it with the shuttle bus. Great comms with host.

Four days ski trip Accommodation was very cosy, clean and the room well furnished. Quiet location but free shuttle bus only three minutes walk away and just one stop away from cable car. About 20-25 mins walk to Megeve center (accessible also by shuttle bus). Only drawback was that ski room was not available for use, so had to carry the equipment to the room.

We stayed at the new Hotel Saint Georges between Christmas and New Years 2025 shortly after they opened. The hotel has a wonderful charm to it with classic wood and vibrant patterns.
