The room is spacious and comfortable, the bed is comfortable, the sleep is good, the staff is warm and thoughtful, the service is good, the hotel is in a good location, the transportation is convenient, the breakfast is rich in variety, and the room is clean

The noise of the doors closing from other rooms is very noticeable into the room. Free secure parking is a definite plus. Sadly once a strong point of the accor group, breakfast offer is very limited and the quality is in decline as it is also the case in many other hotels of the chain. It seems that the accor group is no longer investing in renovating their "upper scale" brands (mercure, Novotel)...

It is a transit station to the snow mountain. There are supermarkets and restaurants around, which is quite convenient.

Spacious rooms at a reasonable price, a wide variety of choice for breakfast, including fresh juice from a local producer, convenient location for stop-overs and a great restaurant with regional specialities located inside the hotel.

Lovely spacious room and friendly staff

The staff is what made staying at Ibis such a great experience. The room was lovely, the food in the restaurant was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to help us navigate our visit from Canada. Highly recommend!

Rooms are a bit small like prisons have larger rooms (only what i seen on tv), but for the money it's okay. The breakfast is a bit basic, it only has scrambled egg and bacon for the hot section. I would have liked some sausage or potato like hashbrown. If I stayed again I wouldn't get the breakfast here.

Cold Cold is the first thing that comes to mind… Heating in the room is blocked at 22 degrees Celsius. Bathroom has no heating and it is very cold in there. Staff suggest to keep bathroom door open to have warmer air flow in there. Unfortunately cleaning staff closes the bathroom door when they clean the room, despite front desk instructions. The staff and service at this hotel was excellent. Even with a very late arrival and very early departure, the staff was friendly, professional and very accommodating. Randa went above and beyond the call of duty. She was like an angel during a very stressfel travel time and I will never forget her kindness.

Outdated room with airco buzzing

The receptionist is very friendly and helpful even when we checked in very late and had some booking problems which she easily resolved.

A very nice family business, a sort of "mom & pop" hotel; run by a very sweet and friendly French couple. Rooms are good, we had a nice balcony, PINK bathrooms and a good breakfast. Bourg en Bresse is a nice town. To travel there from Lyon airport by public transport was pretty difficult, make sure you book a reserved airport shuttle bus in advance, that will save you a LOT of time.

We stayed one night in Logis de Brou. The room was comfortable, and we could see the Royal Monastery of Brou from the balcony. The hotel is in easy walking distance of restaurants in the town centre.

Very clean and quiet hotel with parking and 10 mins walk to the old town center. Staff very professional. We stayed 6 nights. There are good traditional restaurants only 200m away. The hotel is well placed for the tourist attractions of B en B.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was really great. WiFi had some issues while we were there, but otherwise I would recommend the hotel.

The hotel was fairly easy to find and there was free parking. The location is a bit strange as it is surrounded by high rise flats and offices. The hotel is in a good location for walking into Bourg. The man at check in was helpful and efficient and our room was ready and clean. The hotel itself is incredibly dated and in need of a massive upgrade. It is not like any other Ibis Styles I have ever stayed in. But the price of the room reflected this. Breakfast was lovely and we literally slept in our room and enjoyed what Bourg had to offer...

Clean comfortable rooms with all you need. I had a single room with a bed that was bigger than I expected. The room had air-conditioning which was much appreciated as the out door temperature was high. Good breakfast with very good freshly squeezed orange juice and good coffee. Good staff who spoke very good English. The price for the room was ok. The only down side is the hotel doesn't look great...

Lovely little hotel in a quite village. Staff were fantastic and so friendly. We were booked in late (our fault) but the lovely lady at reception squeezed us in and the food was delicious. Overall an excellent stay.
