Location excellent in the middle of the city. Parking very convenient underground and plenty of space. Breakfast was adequate. Bedroom very comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were a good size, very comfortable, soundproofed and the beds were nice. Breakfast was pleasant, though fairly standard, nothing particularly special. The Staff were warm, welcoming, and made the stay feel very enjoyable. Overall, a great choice for our overnight stay on the way back to the Euro Tunnel.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is located in the centre of town. The first night was good, however the second night was absolutely awful. The room air conditioning stopped working after a short power cut, it was around 35 degrees and we were literally melting. We were told they couldn't get anyone to look at it until the morning. Excellent boutique hotel in the centre of the town. The Junior Suite was worth the small extra payment, loads of room! Breakfast was good, and the car-parking on site was both secure and convenient. Overall, a great choice.

Delightful hotel in good location with private parking. Friendly professional staff. Very calm feel, stylish interior decor, and very comfortable rooms. We had a superior double, spacious, bathroom and separate toilet, minibar, spotlessly clean. Very quiet. Delicious and plentiful breakfast with locally sourced ingredients.

We loved this small hotel, situated directly on the Place de la Republique in Challons- en- Champagne. Our room overlooked the square. They upgraded us to a triple room from a double, which gave us plenty of space and lots of windows to check out what was happening outside. Amazing luxury hotel in a beautiful town. Breakfast was great out on the terrace. Enjoyed a nice afternoon by the rooftop pool sipping cocktails looking over the town. Staff were amazing. Couldn’t fault it!

The staff was very friendlyand the breakfast excellent although quite expensive. The room was a good size but the bedding was a mess: 2 quilts into 1 cover, all bunched up, curtains of the hooks and carpets in access to rooms have seen better days. Excellent location though and the champagne bar is a plus.

Lovely little village to stay in. Nice and friendly, clean rooms, the only thing was that we were too late to use the spa. After a long drive that would've been an ideal. Other than that a brilliant day.

Great hotel for exploring Chalons en Champagne Superb location right on the Place de la République. Interior of Hôtel is a bit tired but sitting outside at the tables in the square you could not care less. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in.

Hotel was fine for the price and to stay one night on my own but the rooms were so small I’m pleased I was alone. Dinner in the restaurant was better that expected although the choice (other than many kinds of pizza) was limited. Breakfast was fine but limited hot food. Very pleasant staff in the hotel.

Be prepared arrival coincided with a coach party .some what chaotic.Did not seem prepared for the party. Needed extra people on duty. Saturday meal was a pizza, but ok . Breakfast next day ...food area stripped!!!had to ask for a baguette!!Also did not replenish fruit, sliced meat. Need to be up front if no meals available on Saturday or Sunday

Really nice and pleasant reception process, plus the receptionist made sure that we had dinner even when we arrived late, after restaurant closing. She also arranged late breakfast for us. Lovely human being. Room was basic but clean, and price reflected that. Good parking.

One bed was in a sort of alcove, which was nice for privacy. We had booked a room with two double beds but wound up in a room with one double and one single (we were charged less), so the outcome was fine.

I liked that they provided a standing fan for ventilation. I did not like the WC. It was too small and claustropic and had NO Ventilation.

On the road from South to North, not far from the highway, small hotel perfect for a night's stopover. The room is spacious, impeccable bedding, toilet, separate from the bathroom. We stayed here overnight when returning from our ski trip to the Alps. We were very impressed with every aspect of our stay, from the friendly staff, the room, the restaurant and the quality of the food at all meals taken. The location is ideal and centrally located for exploring Chalons-en-Champagne and the surrounding area and also for a short stop if passing through as we were.

The reception staff were very helpful and courteous. Our room (upgraded) was superb - every amenity catered for and spotless.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Chalons with an excellent restaurant, Bistro.

They gave us one of their rooms on the attic floor which was large but the only windows were roof lights. It was a hot day and the room was hot but the a/c was rather feeble - fortunately by opening a couple of the roof lights we could get a breeze through. These windows had motor-operated blinds but at least a couple of them did not work, so letting light in at dawn; some maintenance is needed....

Warm welcome and very happy that we received a complimentary upgrade to our room. Room very warm but air conditioning soon sorted that. Lovely comfy bed and spacious room and bathroom. Highly recommend.

Very convenient location, quiet and secure parking with comfortable rooms. Exceptionally helpful professional staff - who did everything they could to help my parking on a difficult cross Europe trip with trailer - both ways.
