The hotel does not have a reception. Automatic system at the entrance, where you enter your reservation code and get a password to access the hotel and your room. This makes it much easier to arrive at off-schedule times.
The room is really small, ideal for a couple, complicated if you are with a friend. It has a third superior bed, which is absurd given the size of the room. The bathroom area has an exposed sink, a shower cabin and another one for the toilet. A curtain can be used to give some privacy.

Great stay! The female receptionist was the best. She helped foir all our stay. Thank you Ibis Budget fuir à great stay in Deauville. I was very comfortable and safe!

Slightly out of town, rooms are basic. 2 plug sockets and TV. Vending machines in reception. Breakfast is continental.

The employee was horrible. We arrived on 20 July, at booked and payed a room from internet. When check in, they told us that they can't do it because there system cannot pass the reservation from internet. He then suggested us to cancel this reservation and give us another room. The 5% reduction from internet then gone and until now, I still find that the first reservation he claimed to cancel was still there made me payed twice.
When call to them, there just say that can do nothing and call them tomorrow hopeing another guy may solve this fxxking stupid issue!

For the money this hotel is great. The staff were really helpful (though spoke very little English) and the rooms were clean and basic but comfortable. The location was not the best for exploring Deauville beach area but was brilliantly located if you were attending the horse racing events.

The size of the room is fine. Floor however sticky! Bathroom was big (handicap room) but had to hold the shower head while taking shower. Staff at reception not really friendly... At site enough parking places. 30min walk to Deauville centre. Some issues with payment, they charged double. No response from hotel, after couple weeks still not solved.

Everything is correct for the price. Climatisation is a little bit noisy, but in NOrmandy it's rare when you need it
