Poor customer service
Customer service was poor. Went down for breakfast at 9.30 and was all packed away and the staff was eating breakfast. Try to ask for a refund and was told sorry dont speak english

Perfect choice for overnight for transit travel. Totally independent arrival/departure. Comfortable beds, clean and equipped bathroom.
Our first experience with that chain and I am very happy to discover this option for long transit travel.

If you are looking for a simple and modern hotel for an overnight stay before a meeting in VW, B&B won't disappoint you. The hotel does not go too much beyond providing the basic amenities the rooms are small the furniture is minimalistic as is the breakfast but the staff are friendly and everything runs smoothly. Ideal hotel before a meeting at VW's R&D centre.

Quite small rooms, and they charge for everything extra (parking as well and there is no other place to park nearby, so if you come by car you’ll have to pay) … be careful about breakfasts being included, it is not.
At 16€ per person, the breakfast is absolutely, ridiculously too expensive for the limited selection available. No hot meats or scrambled eggs.
The hotel is off the highway and very noisy if you leave the window cracked for fresh air.
It was unremarkable stay, we will not come back, instead opt for something closer to the city center with street parking options and complimentary breakfast.

I'm the type of person who's fond of new, clean, warm and cozy spaces. When I decided to travel to Germany I began searching on the internet and this hotel was the first one that got my attention.
The booking was very easy to apply for and the quality of the place was exactly as I've expected and maybe even more.
Everything in the hotel conforms with high standards of quality that I've seen in the photos from the web site, the service of their employees was very good, as well and I could also find parking place at any moment when I needed.
Moreover this hotel is placed in an area which is quite and I enjoyed the beautiful view I had from my window.
Overall my 2 nights trip was really pleasant and I'll chose this hotel anytime I'll travel in this area of Germany and also recommend it to everyone who's interested in a hotel that makes you feel like home.
