I have stayed at this hotel several times now. Most recently in July 2021. I've never been disappointed. The apartments are nicely furnished and clean. The staff is very friendly. Everything is still quite familiar here. The breakfast buffet is not as huge as in large hotels, but you will still be full. The rolls are fresh and the morning breakfast egg is not missing. Will definitely be there again...

We stayed at the Angerresidenz as a family with a dog. Had an apartment on the ground floor in which we felt very comfortable. Nice accommodation, everything clean and super courteous / attentive staff. Had booked with breakfast, that was really perfect! We felt very comfortable.

We wanted to spend a few quiet days in the Bavarian Forest. It was wonderful. The team complied with all corona rules excellently. We were very satisfied. Thank you!!!

The anger residence have spent a nice little Hotel in which I now already several times my vacation. The Apartments are beautifully furnished and well equipped. In addition, there is a Spa area with a Sauna and a Spa tub. The staff is friendly and helpful. Above all, it is quite straightforward which suits me very personally. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel in a lovely location. Food and service were good and staff friendly. Only criticism was that the curtains were very thin and so I was woken up by early morning sunlight streaming into my room in the front of the hotel. Rooms at the rear probably didn't suffer from this problem.

It's a very nice hotel, the funiture in the rooms is a bit old school in my opinion but the rooms are clean and the view from the balconies is amazing. The people working at the hotel are most friendly and helpful.

My daughter and I stayed for 4 days, while we attended a family wedding in the area (we had spent a few days in Munich prior, and both agreed that we wish we had just stayed in Bodenmais for the whole trip). Always stop at the Brewery for a case of beer when in Bodenmais. I'm saving it for Christmas.

This hotel truly is a haven of well-being! Everything is perfect: the location, the service, the food, the rooms, and the sauna area. The rooms and furnishings are clean, well-maintained, and exude quality. The staff is friendly, helpful, and competent. We've spent our winter holidays here several times and have always been satisfied.

A really beautiful hotel. The staff is friendly and you feel very comfortable! The rooms are very cozy and each has a large balcony. At dinner there is a lot of variety: sometimes there is a generous buffet, on other days you can order food fresh from the kitchen. A large selection of fruits is always included. The hotel has a medium sized pool. There are also many massage offers to choose from....

Needs some updates. Beds and mattresses should be renewed. Wifi is not working properly throughout the whole hotel. English is an issue. Price/quality is OK.

Well arranged rooms. Clean and comfortable. Very friendly personal. A really good breakfast and a great dinner with very tasty and delicious food. Suited at the foot of the silver mountain and mine. In an interesting little town with many locations for looking and shopping. And many places for sport and hiking.

I stayed at the Sonnenhotel Fürstenbauer for four nights with my young daughter. Due to some of the very negative reviews, I had some reservations, but these proved unfounded. We received friendly service at the hotel. Despite language barriers, the staff always tried their best to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is a bit dated, but anyone who can distinguish between old and clean will agree that it's very clean. The service at both reception and the restaurant was excellent. The food was also good. We also used the indoor pool and the children's play area and found them perfectly adequate. The location is fantastic. There are plenty of things to do with small children. We'd love to come back

Great place, the staff is very kind and especially the host Mr. Ilija Evic who is very kind and pleasant.

It's a cheap clean hotel with very friendly staff. The only downer is the dinner, there are empty containers and bowls if you are not the first. (Salad, dessert, vegetables, etc.) The food is always tasted very late.
