Nice hotel, you've got everything you might need in it. The personnel is nice, breakfast was fine. My only complaints are about the parking space, the slots are too tight to park in and be able to open your door without concern afterwards, and the other one is about the room cleaning, they didn't arrange the beds properly, and they left the clothes the way they were left on the bed instead of folding them like most hotels do.

I enjoyed my stay at your hotel. Particularly, from the moment I arrived, Mr Van Hafften really took care of me during checkin and even advised about the hotel, and area, and later as I needed help with printing /scanning documents urgently. He couldn't have possibly done more or better to make me feel welcome.
I loved the drinks at reception, swimming pools, comfortable room and lovely breakfast.
I would have liked more towels in the room, and had I had the time I would have asked (had business to attend to). Thank you

The hotel itself is pretty good with decent rooms and good facilities (mini gym, two pools, etc) but it's a little dated and it's a little far removed from any of the surrounding towns. If you work for SAP (as I suspect most people staying here do), then it's very convenient but I've done the review from the perspective of a regular person travelling here.

Staff at the reception OK, but poor food, definitely much below the level the hotel pretends to have.
I have ordered Wienerschnitzel. I was waiting ONE HOUR and I thing it was finally served to me only because I have asked stuff how long more. The meal which was served to me was absolutely not to eat. Moreover, the meat was raw !
My dinning experience at the hotel ended up with apples grabbed from the reception desk. This was the first Schnitzel in this region which I was unable to eat ...

From the heated lamp in the bathroom to the shoe shine and ice machines in the hallways, it's sometimes the small things that count.
The restaurant supplies a great selection of foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Possibly a few more draft beers in the bar?
I rate most a 9, as there is always room for improvement right? :)
Maybe the complimentary water could be kept in the fridge so it is cold for the arrival of the guest.

clean hotel , good staff. But horrible condition of heating system, which puzzled us the whole night ( even after intervention). No flexibility in changing booking. Lack of authority/flexibility of site manager

I stay at the Leonardo Hotel Walldorf for 3 nights.
Great hotel. Staff is really pro and friendly.
The food was very good, especially the meat.
I recommend it and I do come back if I have to return in the area in the future.

Convenient place to stay with family or organize a small conference. Very friendly and supportive reception staff. Good breakfast and morning newspaper.

Excellent place to stay in Heidelberg! They are just great with pets and the rooms are big! Our husky enjoyed the surrounding area for walks and sniffing up rabbit boroughs!
