The best breakfast I had in Germany and it was included for our reservation!! We had a relaxing night in the spa (also included) and our room was very comfortable.

Very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Great underground parking garage; perhaps the only thing missing is clear signage for the exit, but that's a minor complaint. 😀

The hotel was recommended by a friend who lives in the area. It was perfect for our needs…very clean, wonderful service and the breakfast offered a wide variety of food. We’ll definitely stay there again in the future.

The nearest bus stop to the hotel, is at 400m away, at the plaza. So if you are carrying heavy lugagges its better just to get a cab. Otherwise, the room amenities...

We were very impressed with the service and quality of our room accommodations at this hotel. Enjoyed meeting Chris at the desk who had lots of great information about the history and things to do in the area. Our dinner at the hotel restaurant was outstanding!

The room was very clean, but the hallway on the same floor didn't smell very nice. The room description was poor. Self-check-in was very easy, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good; I just missed having more vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.). Otherwise, I would gladly stay again.

Wild and Amazing Wild rooms, a bit over the top for me. Our shower did not drain and took to long to get hot had to waste to much water possibly the worst shower ever. Ate at the Restaurant and the food was amazing.

Not easy to find in the pedestrian zone - navigation does not know the way. Individual rooms with fun details. In the middle of the city, on weekends it got a bit noisy in front of the house, even late, but right in the middle of it all. Organic cuisine and breakfast stand out, I have rarely seen Egg Benedict in Germany. Nice reception with a brownie. If the parking spaces were even bigger, the only...

The Hotel Platengarten is within walking distance of the rail station and has many restaurants nearby. The host was exceptionally accommodating. Our room faced the main road and was very quiet and comfortable. We did not hear the traffic. Breakfast was available every morning with many options to choose from. We would stay again.

Great hotel Really nice hotel in the center of town. Breakfast was excellent. The room was large and well appointed, even if a little dated. There was a fan which is very rare in German hotels, but very helpful when it’s hot. Parking (on site) can be tough due to its location. Close to the train station as well. The staff was wonderful.

They have a fabulous breakfast (included) and were very accommodating with our early check out and even gave us a to go breakfast!

Ideal place for sleep when traveling on the motorway A6

This hotel is cheap but good. Exvellent shower, confortable bed and clean. Don't expect cleaning at the weekend. There is a restaurant in the hotel but I,didn't try it. My bike was made welcome and safely locked in a garage. It might get warm in summer and my room had no aircon.

I want to praise the receptionist of this hotel, who is very kind and received me in the middle of the night and came out to meet me. We traveled late and did not get to book the hotel the day before, but the lady at the reception, because she did not have a room for us, everything was taken, immediately tried to give us she found accommodation and called all the hotels in the area and found us accommodation...

Nice hotel. My favourite in Ansbach.

Basic hotel including the breakfast. Room was clean and shower was hot. No real parking and had to park on the street. A very small courtyard holding maybe 8 cars. Breakfast was continental and acceptable. The town was generally quite in the evenings midweek. Found a very reasonably priced restaurant with good homemade food.

Very good hotel. Nice room, clean, very good breakfasts. I can recommend. The biggest advantage of hotel is young lady at the reception. Always with smile and helpful..

Lovely Hotel Very friendly and professional staff, the variety of food and drinks was excellent. The room was very spacious clean. The bathroom was also great especially with the walk-in shower. Very peaceful surroundings

Wonderful location! Can recommend but service was a bit slow at first (perhaps not enough employees) all in all good food for a good price! The beergarden ist wonderful!

Friendly staff, excellent food, comfy and clean room

The rooms were great, comfy and roomier than I thought. The location was great, and having a restaurant below was awesome to get food when we were hungry while staying there. Breakfast food and service was really good and filling. Evening dinner was good too, good variety of german cuisine, but we had slow service because the server was new.

The hotel was very urban and beautiful, despite the rural surroundings.

Wonderful experience!!! The staff are the absolute best. Everyone from reception to dining to housekeeping staff were so kind and attentive. The accommodations were perfect and our every request was met. Would highly recommend and would certainly stay here again. The restaurant was so good too!

Meh... It was a huge mistake to stay here instead of the Windmühle, which has a truly incredible restaurant. This hotel is as blah as it gets. The restaurant and breakfast are stupendously overrated.

It's rare to book a hotel that looks like the pictures online. This property was even better! The staff was attentive and kind, and made us feel welcome. The included breakfast was the best we've ever experienced. Six of us had dinner, and we agreed 100% it was fabulous! Close to the train and an easy drive to our events in Ansbach. We will definitely book again!

This hotel made our time in Germany absolutely amazing. The staff was just so stellar from day 1 to the day 6. We loved the personal touches from everyone. Breakfast every morning was just so nicely done and the atmosphere with the large windows really made getting the day started such a pleasure. Nearby Ansbach has a great little downtown area when you walk across the bridge out of the back entrance...

Surprisingly nice! Easy access from the highway with convenient parking in front of the hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive. Absolutely exceeded our expectations especially taking into account our late arrival. Enjoyed a nice breakfast included with the stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend it to people traveling.
