Very clean environment and welcoming staff. Breakfast was lovely and had a good variety of food to choose from. Room was very spacious.

This trip was for business, and this hotel was excellent. The surrounding area was quiet, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the front desk staff were very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. The hotel is very noisy. When we spent the night there were many children running across the hallway (after 10 p.m.) and screaming. Also a lot of adults in the hallway who talk (too) loudly

If only all hotels were like this! Big, modern hotel with very modern, well-maintained rooms. Everything spotlessly clean. All of the staff members were welcoming and helpful, even going the extra mile to print out some forms we required due to travel restriction changes. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent, as was the breakfast buffet. Also, very family friendly - they provided colouring pencils...

Great value money and what you get! The hotel is renovated and refurnished, great place for transit, really calm and at the same time you are in the middle of shopping zone, free parking (as well with vand), good breakfast, easy check in, nice staff. Really small rooms, do better the cleaning (i can see what is done and not done as a former owner of the hotel and even the cheaper one) and NO hot water...

Clean, large room, perfect location. Parking garage, however, very expensive at 18 euros per day.

Most people who come here stay at this hotel; it's good value for money.

Car broke down and I needed a hotel for the night, we booked 4 rooms as we are a large family, Staff where very helpful and polite, The receptionist wanted to test her English out so we spoke English the whole time, beds are great and dogs are alllowed for 12 € more.. Breakfast was fantastic

Spacious clean apartment, very good breakfast with a lot of choices. Location in a small shopping mall with a good bakery, big supermarket and a lovely Vietnamese restaurant.

The best thing is the attentive and happy staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The atrium is a lovely space to relax in the evenings. The location is very close to the centre of town. I really enjoyed the breakfasts too,

Its a great place to stay if you are looking for a bread and breakfast place in herzo . It's a beautify Hotel run by lovely German couple the Mullers . The owners are very relaxed and sweet people and are pretty friendly with the guest. Most of the rooms come with a small kitchen and the bungalows are quite spacious so its a pretty good place if you planning to stay at herzo for a while

Basic but ok Very basic. It’s an Apartment in a building 100 yards away from main hotel. Room has two single beds with very thin soft pillow, room was boiling hot with no air in - open the windows. I would recommend staying in the main hotel.

Very nice place. Unfortunately, a homeless person lives there. Whatever you smell. I don't know why the church needs to put the gentleman right there. It seems the homeless shelters are full.

I found my stay excellent. The staff was extremely polite and courteous. The kitchen took a little longer because a guest ordered 5 kg of oven cheese and this seemed to have priority. I couldn't quite understand why, the waitress said he would eat even more table decorations otherwise. So I continued my stay and went to the sauna, when I found bent boards in one of these saunas, and in the next one...

When I wanted to enjoy my frog legs in the restaurant, a fairly fat but also very fit man at the next table looked at me. He only had a pork schnitzel baked with oven cheese and asked me if he could try it with me. Unfortunately I had to say no, but offered him the chance to lick the plate. He wasn't averse.

I received a very warm welcome here. The entire service and facility is first class! However, I have a small criticism: Apparently another hotel guest had smuggled a rutting boar into the hotel. There is no other way to explain these grunting and roaring noises to me. Also strong odor nuisance.

Very cute place in a quaint little town. Staff was very nice and accommodating! Loved the bar & outdoor seating area. Just wish it had AC in the room, it was very hot.

Good parking place. Everything was right with this hotel.
