Very well located for train travelers. The city center is within walking distance. The hotel has everything you need. Very good breakfast.

It's sad how superficial the cleaning team's work is. It's not pleasant for guests to see the sink pipes looking disgusting and calcified. And the toilet has some cracks. Something like that should be reported, but if they don't speak German... it just keeps going, and the guests don't feel comfortable with so much disgust.

High class 1980's DDR Hotel If you are used to high class Hotels, in the 1980-s DDR/East Germany, then you gonna feel like home here, because that was the feeling i got! Ok, it was nice, neat, convinient, clean. But, the AC was a bit noisy, the towels where fringly, the leather at the bottom om the bed was worn, the shower was a bit low, so with mine 181 cm, had to bend down a bit to get my head...

Even my Last Minute Booking was not that expensive and all in all it was a fair deal. The rooms are Clean and nicely tempered, all the employees I met were professional and friendly. The Lounge next to the entrance is a good place to have a cold Beer After Work, even though that is quite expensive. Anyway the town is right next to the hotel and there you can find nice Restaurants and affordable drinks

Excellent breakfast, friendly service, very helpful, the problem of inadequate air conditioning when the sun was shining was solved by changing the room facing away from the sun.

Decent rooms at a fair price for a one night stopover while heading for Krakow. Clean, good beds-would stay here again when in the vicinity. Slightly overworked staff at checkout complained to us about the duty roster - not very professional. Location is somewhat industrial and near a highway, but by no means were we bothered by that.

Excellent place for a stopover. Room was spotless, and the breakfast buffet was great value for money. Conveniently next to the highway, so noise is unavoidable.

The bed is comfortable and the sheets are clean, the carpet and curtains are quite old and the wifi is good enough. The breakfast is simple but make you satisfy.

Clean, comfy supper simple rooms but missing a lot of the basics. For one, no iron or ironing board anywhere on the premises, servers are either spot on or horrible, no in between. We had a drink order for 8 people take 30 minutes into dinner and then it was wrong. A food order got completely forgotten and required us to ask another server to put it in. If the restaurant is rented out or other wise...

Lovely little hotel w a very nice breakfast, close to shopping and restaurants on the square. Rooms are decent w high ceilings and windows, but the bed is very hard, pillows are not great and the tiny shower door didnt seal And leaked water everywhere for each shower. Otherwise it was very nice and worth the stay.

My Son and I stayed at the hotel after traveling to Cottbus for surgery. We found the staff very helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay from the front desk through to the cleaners. The hotel was situated in the centre with many restaurants/bars within easy walking distance, we eat at a different place on every one of the 6 nights of our stay. The room was excellent value

I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel right in the heart of the city. The staff at the reception and during breakfast were genuinely kind and helpful — it didn’t feel forced at all, which I really appreciated. Our room was cozy and nicely heated. The breakfast was also really good, with lots of different options to choose from.

It's a wonderful hotel, everything very clean with a kettle and coffee and a very comfortable bed. Lovely!

The hotel doesn't make a good impression when you see it. Seems outdated and not takes care of. But after this impression fades, you are left with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, parking space, helpful staff, and a nice variety of foods during breakfast. Could be a little less costly though. 😉

The rooms were available at very short notice. The rooms were cozy and big. The breakfast was excellent and I had the possibility to stay longer because of an quick online meeting I did in the restaurant . There is a parking slot available as well.

Restaurant was terrible and there was no drinking water available in the hotel

The hotel is quite new. All materials and finishing is new, modern and arranged in good taste. Specious rooms! Comfortable beds, enough various pillows, all necessary room facilities, very well insulated, great breakfast- all you need, including fresh made warm stuff. It has been one of the best stay I have ever had.

The hotel is looking sad from the outside but the room we had although dated was clean and presentable. It seems the hotel caters mostly to bus tours and workers at the large train assembly plant across the road. The restaurant was closed during our visit so we walked into town for dinner. THe breakfast was average for a 3 star hotel. This place has seen better days but it was not a bad stay.

The room was very clean, but a little pricey for the quality (more so, outdated). The service was excellent and very kind. The breakfast brunch was the best, really. They also supplied a nice kinder bed without me asking, i found this be very thoughtful. And they didnt make a fuss about late check-out, which i found to be super helpful when traveling with 2 children by myself. Thank you!

Nice and quiet, the rooms were cleane and tidy and the beds a little to hard. Wifi din't work more than 3-4 minutes at the time. Food was ok, no more.
