Short version for a quick impression:
Quiet in the countryside, but yet "in the middle". Here you can relax and explore the Spreewald individually.
The house is designed for an occupancy of 4 people, but there are two more tourists on the sofa bed in the living room. In the 2 bedrooms you can spend restful nights in boxspring double beds. In addition, both bedrooms and the living room have plenty of storage space for your belongings. In both bedrooms a hardwood floor is laid (Spanish walnut) and in a bedroom, a mud wall ensures a pleasant indoor climate. ATTENTION: room height in the bedroom. only 2.00 / 2.07 m (so nothing for "tall").
The bathroom has a sink and toilet and a bath and shower.
In the kitchen you have stove, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Sufficient cutlery and crockery are available, you can feel at home here.
The living room is very spacious and has a sofa and a chillige couch landscape to relax (and after conversion into a sofa bed also to stay). Large-screen TV with BluRay player and satellite TV is also available. In the living room laminate is laid as a floor.
From the living room you have access to a covered terrace where lounge furniture invites you to relax and sit together. In addition to the terrace, the yard of your holiday home also has a barbecue area and a smoking area.
In the house and on the terrace you have access to free Wi-Fi. Parking is available in front of the property, a car can also be parked next to the house in a lockable driveway. Bicycles can be parked in a lockable shed on the property.
Within walking distance of the house there are shops available: Lidl, bakery Thirty (also open on Sundays) and Rossmann.
The house is available since July 2018 for a complete and loving renovation vacationers available and can be rented all year round. In winter, the house is completely heated by district heating. As an electricity supplier, the green electricity provider EWS Schönau was selected.

Welcome to the Spreewaldhaus in Lübben, your new "temporary home". The house is designed for 4 people, 2 more people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The entire house was completely renovated in 2018 and newly equipped and is available since July 2018 as a holiday home all year round (heated in the winter by district heating). The house is unfortunately not barrier-free and not suitable for wheelchair users. The bedrooms only have a ceiling height of 2.00 and 2.07 m (so not suitable for tall people), all other rooms are higher.
Close your eyes for a moment and imagine your holiday in our holiday home (but reopen right away, otherwise you can not continue reading):
After your arrival, you can park your car (s) opposite the property (one can be parked at the side of the house in a lockable driveway). Bicycles can be stored in the lockable shed. You can then unpack your personal belongings in the existing wardrobes in the rooms.
Should you arrive on a working day, you can then shop for groceries in the Lidl (300m) which can be reached by foot and any cosmetics needed in the Rossmann (200 m).
After the long journey, you can relax on the lounge furniture on the covered terrace or in the living room on the couch landscape. The house also has a spacious fenced and landscaped grounds on which children can romp around.
Dinner can be prepared in the well-equipped kitchen, which has a stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, as well as plenty of crockery and cutlery. For the place of eating the delicious and fresh prepared dinner you are spoiled for choice: a corner seat group in the kitchen, a round table in the large living room or in the balmy evening sun on the terrace.
The evening you can then on the terrace or relax on the couch (also like watching TV on the big screen TV with Bluray player). For friends of the Internet is also free Wi-Fi in the house and on the terrace.
Before going to bed, the bathroom with shower and bath awaits you, of course, there is also a toilet and a sink. For the vanity case, a small trolley is available as a shelf, which can then be positioned as desired in the bathroom.

The right of the small hallway has a 180 cm wide box spring double bed and a larger sliding door wardrobe. In addition, a mud wall in this room ensures a pleasant indoor climate, you will sleep relaxed like no longer. Both rooms are designed with a hardwood floor made of Spanish walnut. Not only in the bedrooms, but in all rooms mosquito screens are mounted on the windows, so you should be spared by the little pests.
After a good night's sleep, you can start the day with breakfast. For this you can buy every day at the bakery 200 meters away Thirty fresh bread and pastries. Strengthened fresh and delicious, nothing stands in the way of an eventful day in the Spreewald: how about a boat trip through the picturesque landscape, but you can also discover the river yourself with a canoe. Swimming in the Spree Lagoon, in the Tropical Islands or at one of the swimming lakes in the area would also be an alternative. If you are a smoker, we have set up a cozy smoking corner with seating, where you can indulge your truck. Please take into account the neighbors (the house is a semi-detached house), if you want to celebrate on holiday parties, then please look for another domicile.
But we also thought of a cozy barbecue: In addition to the terrace we have a barbecue set up, a charcoal grill is also available.
For a longer stay in your new home, you can also wash your clothes in the existing washing machine and dry them in the tumble dryer.
