The hotel had amazing food and there was a beatiful view over the lake. It is very close to a supermarket and you can walk a pretty tour around the lake. It is also very clean and if you are out in the day the cleaning personel will come and clean your room. The hotel personel was also very kind and helpfull.

Good place Check-in time was latest 21:00 so we called in because we where going to be an hour late. This was no issue when we called the hotel in 4 hours before arrival. They just but the keycard in a lock outside the hotel with a personal code.

The location of the house is close to the castle , by walking just 5mins , you have the view to the river from the hotel , room has a comfortable size and clean ! Breakfast is rich , has all the thing you need , with the cost I paid, I feel is fair , the only thing can be better is : please prepare the electric plug on the both size of the bed , it would easier for our electric devices.

There's a bus stop right in front, and the tram stop is a 10-minute walk away. However, it's located a bit outside the city, in the diplomatic district. The staff were friendly and polite. We enjoyed the breakfast; there was a wide variety of options, and everything was delicious.

The room had no air conditioning, was very noisy, and all the furniture seemed to be at least 20 years old. The bathroom felt like a plastic oasis, and the shower barely had any water. I was out there for the Berlin marathon with my family and while it wasn’t right near the hustle and bustle of the finish line area, I was more impressed by the quiet, clean family neighborhood, space, dining facilities and overall amenities and service. Very nice hotel walkable to the tram. I was visiting for the marathon and though the location was farther from downtown, it was easy to take the trams and trains everywhere. My room was very spacious and quiet.

The location is decent, with a tram stop nearby or a metro stop within walking distance, and supermarkets nearby. The bed linen was clean, but the room overall was a bit dingy. Suitable only for the most casual travelers, provided the price is reasonable.

Rolled into Big Mama for the skating marathon, and rolled out 5 nights later. David at reception? Absolute legend. Gave me advice with a wink, connections with a grin, and the kind of tips you definitely won’t find on TripAdvisor.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at Wyndham Garden Berlin Mitte. The room is very clean & warm, the hotel staffs are very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was also great! From the pictures, it looked old and the decor seemed like it was from the 90s, but after checking in, I found the environment to be surprisingly good, and most importantly, very clean. However, the hotel is located in a less safe area of Berlin, so it's best not to go out at night.

Nice hotel in Prenzlauer Berg. The rooms are clean and quiet big. The hotel is located close to the Tram and the Ringbahn. So, it’s a good departure point for discovering Berlin.

For noise-sensitive people, it's important to know that the room facing the main road can be very noisy. Since the windows aren't properly sealed, outside noises (like trams and cars) are clearly audible. Furthermore, I paid more for the room at check-in than what was listed on Trip.com when I booked.

We stayed only one night so I cant rate everything but we did not encounter anything wrong during our stay here.

The room was clean and acceptable, but unfortunately quite noisy. Parking directly at the hotel isn't possible. The breakfast buffet offered a generous selection of diverse options. In this day and age, poor Wi-Fi is no longer acceptable. The connection was a real let-down - and this in the German's capital city.

I stayed there myself in a 4 bed dormitory room. It was an excellent room and I liked the service. But it is better to have a socket near the bed for charging. They have two usb charging ports near every beds but it is better to have a c port or a charging socket. But overall, I liked it. Especially the staffs are always helpful. I am highly recommend it to whom who are looking for a cheap accommodation

It was easy to access from tram station, nice staffs. We have to use stairs from 7 to 8 floor, it can be hard. Guest kitchen was honestly messy and not clean, but it is the hostel. There was hair dryer, shower, there were everything that I needed. It was good staying.
