Dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine and kettle, stove with oven, refrigerator with deep-freeze area, cozy dining area for 6 people directly at the kitchen area, living room with TV (55 inches), comfortable leather sofa, bathroom with bathtub and additional shower, toilet, 1 (DZ) Bedroom with a comfortable double bed (box spring, high quality with different degrees of hardness H2 + H3), fully tiled floor (with granite) thus suitable for allergy sufferers, balcony directly at the living room.
Parking space directly in front of the house. The apartment is non-smoking. It is only allowed to smoke on the balcony. It is possible to reserve an additional bed in the living room.

The Steinhuder Meer is the largest inland lake in Lower Saxony. It is ideal for cyclists, hikers or water sports enthusiasts (sailing, surfing, kitesurfing). The most important resorts on the Steinhuder Meer are Mardorf, Steinhude, Hagenburg and Rehburg-Loccum. The landscape is diverse with dunes, bogs, heath, wet meadows, deciduous and coniferous forests and reed areas. In summer there is also an hourly bicycle bus (line 835) from Wunstdorf to Mardorf, Steinhude or Hagenburg.
